jules was on the second of two floors in max facility holding , she was looking out of the window peering out of the cell. theres a path going around al the cells with a fence blocking it from going down to the bottom floor of the holding cells.

she knew exactly what was going on , it was the rioters. she'd seen it on the news the day she got into prison , she was surprised on how serious the gaurds were taking it. jules thought that they would be harmless , but apparently not as they're all being sent to max if they participated or not.

there was a girl being placed on the other side of the rectangle shaped room , she had big frizzy blonde hair , and her eyes from what she could see were nice. she liked the way she did her mascara.

jules had one hand on the glass and her breath was fogging it up. the slam of the door shutting startled her. the girl .. she didn't get put in a cell with anyone else , well.. she was the last one in the line so that makes sense. jules watched her slide down the wall , and pop herself onto the floor. she turned her head and peered out the glass directly into jules' cell , she instantly looked away.

all she could think is 'who is she?'. she'd never seen anyone like her.

placement was the next day. jules was hoping for anywhere that isnt florida , she just didn't wanna be there at all. everyone sees it as an advantage but she just saw it as a way to show off for no reason. besides the point , jules wanted to get to know the girl across the way from her. so she wanted to be in the same block as her , or .. same cell?
