Friends

                                       "Oh hey uraraka, what's up?" I said placing my bag in the doorway. Uraraka is a short brunette girl who lives a few doors down from me. I met her when she accidentally made her mom's purse float and when it dropped it hit me on my balcony. We talked once in a while ever since. She mentioned that she was going to UA and I have a good feeling that she will definitely make it in. She has a very impressive quirk. She can make things float when she touches the object.

"Well I was wondering if you could drive me to the exam if that wouldn't be too much trouble." She said, rubbing the back of her neck.

" Of course I mean it's all the way across town ,does your dad have to go in early again." I said leaning on the door frame. her parents work a lot and they don't make much money .I always try and help out when I can. 

" yeah there at work right now I gotta make dinner soon." She said fiddling with her bag.

''Why don't you come over for dinner? My 'roommate' loves you.  Do you know how annoying it is when all hear is 'when's that brunette coming over again. She knows good manners'. " I said. Immitating my father. When I am near my parents I refer to them as my roommates so they won't figure out they are my parents. The doctors basically said they physically can't know. Everything they knew before even if they relearn it won't stick to their brain and they will eventually forget again and again. So *yippee for meeeeee*

" hehe, thanks and that sounds awesome, should I go get some stuff from my fridge. We have some left overs" She said, referring to her apartment. 

 "Nah I have stew from last night so we should be good" I said opening my door.

" Alright, I'll be over in 5 minutes."

Uraraka has always been kind to me. I am lucky that I have a few close friends. Ever since the accident I have been kinda busy making sure my parents are ok. But being with them makes me feel like a teen. Half the time I feel like an adult. 

Today was a good and relaxing day, tomorrow I have to study and train so that I do my best in the exam. Maybe I can ask the couple downstairs if they could check in on my parents throughout the two days I am not here. Maybe UA might be my chance to actually be a normal kid for once in my life.

Sorry this chapter was short I wanted to have a transition into the exam that wouldn't be kinda abrupt so I hope you enjoyed. What she looks like and hero costume and other info in next chapter while the exam chapter is on the way.
