Chapter 1

Alison Miller:

I am Ali Miller. I have brown Painite eyes, Light ash brown hair, and light soft skin imprinted with a tiny heart tattoo on my right shoulder. I was always this strong witty girl that doesn't care about what others have to say.
I had friends, a home, same school, and memories made in my home state then HE stomped into my perfectly good life with me, my mom, and my puppy izzy and now my life will never, EVER be the same again.

As I was type, type, typing away on my phone sitting on my bed. My mom walked into my room with my favorite chocolate and pre-popped popcorn.
"Mom, what's that for?" I said facing my mom this time still holding my phone.
"Well, I was wondering if we could talk before our Friday movie night." She said excitedly and grabbed my phone out of my hand. My mom dragged me by my arm from my room to the living room like you would drag a a dog on a leash. She then turned all the lights off a put in The Longest Ride, and may I say that move was AMAZEBALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Luke is so hot!
Once we finished the movie she turned on all lights and faced me. She was standing I was sitting, my mom was playing with her fingertips as if she was nervous about something.
"Look, Ali. Are you truly happy about our way of living? I'm not! I love you and izzy so so much you to are my princesses. But then I met James, he is wonderful, so handsome, caring too he is like my rock! And remember I went on a date with him while he was staying in New York for a few months...I fell in love Ali I love him and the other night made me fall in love with him even more. HE PURPOSED CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?!?!?!?"
I couldn't believe this. My Mom is getting married, what the fuck is going on? She can't be getting married with THAT GUY. Ewwww, okay I need to think this through.
FREEZE FRAME! Let me think this through me, my mom, and izzy all live in New York in a small condo, have a bunch of good friends, and memories. Now she and THAT GUY hove no right to do this to me, NO RIGHT to say I'm moving the next day all across the country and THEY expect me to want to... Oh HELL NO! I'm not.
*Back to reality*
"So...What do you think" A smiley mother sat down beside me waiting for an answer that's she's hoping for, I couldn't ruin this I was being selfish this is my moms happiness, God why do I have to be so damn nice.
"O-okay, fine! But if I don't like it there I don't have to stay."
"Of course, Honey," she pulled me inward to her embrace hugging me tightly. I could tell she loves me, and I love her so much, she is the closest person I have to family, I relish her.
"Well, get some sleep we leave tomorrow afternoon." She stood and kissed my temple, then she walked out and closed the door to her room. I also stood and headed towards my white and black room.
I packed my bed covers, pillows, electronics, books, pictures, clothes, bags, journals, ect...
When I finally finished my room seemed naked to me which me shed a tear, I quickly wiped it off me and walked to the bathroom at the end of the hallway. I did my nightly routine, when I was done I walked to my room turned off all lights making it pitch black. I didn't even care that my bed didn't have any covers or blanket nor pillow. I quickly let sleep swallow me until tomorrow.

"Ali!!!!!! Get your ass out of bed." I jolted out of bed and got dressed. Wore my white jeans-like pants, a gray tank, and brown and white flip flops. After, I brushed my teeth, Brushed my hair leaving it in my dark brown curly hair. I walked out with my suit cases, backpack, and izzy (A/N in case you don't know izzy is their white tea cup puppy).
When I walked outside side to the car Two men took my suit cases and pulled them on to a truck. Then two other men brought out my mattress, computer, ect. I got into the car and saw that my mom was already in the drivers seat.
"Isn't this just wonderful Ali?" She smiled and put the car in reverse.
"Sure, I guess." I forced a smile and looked out my window, as we got further and further away, The house seemed to fade and shrink. I couldn't help but silently cry. To forget about this I pulled my phone out of my pocket and put on my beats and slowly took a nap. I felt as if James took my life away and brought me to a new life. good? I don't know Bad? Maybe. I still don't know let's hope for the best I guess.
3 hours later, we were getting off the plane. The hot California summer wind blowing my hair backwards, it was actually calming, gentle, smooth, and reassuring, maybe this isn't going to be so bad after all.
