Did You Ever?

Did you ever just want to run?

Run to a place where beauty shows, the air is fresh and clean, you can see every detail on the mountains and ocean?

Orcas and dolphins swimming freely and worrisomely in the water, not afraid of being poached, just being them?

Runaway from everyone and everything just to get away?

Did you ever want to fly?

Fly to a distant land where nobody can judge you or make fun of you for who you are?

Where you don't have to worry about being yelled at, or doing something wrong?

Or even getting punished for standing up for what you believed in. not backing down, not giving in, but standing.

Did you ever just want to fly from you?

Did you ever want to hide, hide from fear?

Hide so maybe you wont have to deal with the pressure that is put on you?

Hide from the future, and what it may hold?

Hide from yourself?

Because your not what you want to be?

In your mind you picture someone else because your not good enough?

Just hide from the world?

Did you ever want to cry?

Cry to the moon, blame everything on the world because you wish things were different?

Cry because people you loved betrayed you, and you betrayed them? Cry because it seems like no matter what you do, it can never be right? Cry because you are clueless of what you want to be?

Cry because you can't afford anything and barely making it?

Cry because you feel like it?

Did you ever want to die?

Die because you feel like the world is crashing down on you, and no matter what, you cant get through it?

Die because nobody loves you, and will never?

Die because you feel thats what everyone wants you to do?

Die because you feel like its your last choice?

Did you ever try to pray?

Pray because its the only thing to do?

Pray because its the right thing to do?

Pray because you know God will help you?

Pray because this is int what you want, and you need help?

Did you even TRY or THINK to pray?

Pray because he CAN and WILL help you?

Pray because the world is falling and you need help to stand?

Did you know he will listen, and if you call to him, he will be there.

You are never alone, God is always with you even when you want to run, fly, cry, hide,and die, remember he is there.

God never promises life won't be hard, but he promises he will walk with you through it.

Sometimes the hardest problems we have to face, are the ones that we learn from the most.

You must never give up in yourself or God. Fall on him when times are rough, instead of falling rock bottom, he will catch you. Believe in miracles, and they can happen, but only with him.

So, why do people have such a hard time praying when you will be awarded from it?
