Important

Rose pov

I will hang out with Lily tomorrow. I need to get some sleep a little cause today was stressful. I went to the couch that dave was sleeping on and just dozed off.  I hear the birds chirping, and then I felt a tap on my shoulder. "Ugh, im trying to sleep. Come back later," they started to push my shoulder harder. I slowly open my eyes and see Momo with fear in her eyes. I huffed and opened my arms so she could crawl inside. Momo turns her head and asks." What are you doing? Why is your arm so high up?  Ok, now im confused  " you didn't have a bad nightmare that made it hard to go back to sleep, then why did you wake me up?  Momo huffed "  I don't do that anymore; I am a big girl now. That's what my dad told me."  Momo shook her head and pulled my arm. I stumbled a little but followed momo. I finally looked at Momo and noticed the fear in her eyes and the scratched marks on her arms. I grabbed Momo's arms and softly asked, " What happened, Momo? Why are your arms have scratches on them? Did you hurt yourself?. Momo softly spoke, " no, I didn't hurt myself; it was lily. She was scared of me, and I didn't know what to do about it, but she started to whimper, so I quickly wanted to find her parents, but they were not in the house, and then I saw you on the couch, Rose so  I thoughts you might be able to help Lilly.
" I pick up momo; then I slowly walk upstairs to the second floor. I took a deep breath and asked momo." Can you tell me what happened when you woke up ". Momo looked nervous and hesitant to speak. I took a deep breath, " Momo, you're not in trouble im pretty sure I know what happened. So if you can  Nod your head if this happened, you woke up and saw that you finally changed into your wolf form and are eager to tell someone that you are going to get more Stronger and faster than you were before and wake up more of your ability like faster healing and hearing it a big thing for us werewolves when this happens. Hence, you want to talk about it with someone and see that you are not the only one it happened to, so you try to wake  Lily up, but when she sees you, she starts to panic and tries to escape, but while doing that she scratch you a bit cause you try to stop her. Momo began to cry, " yea, My mom told me everyone takes it differently when this happens and to leave them alone. Still, when I left the room, I heard stuff breaking inside the room and whimpers from lily, so I quickly looked inside and saw that she was hiding under the cover  whimpering, so I quickly got an adult." I wiped momo's tears and softly spoke, " You did nothing wrong, momo. The reason lily was so scared is that we never told her she was a werewolf ". Momo looks confused " why did you not tell her that is a big thing? Is it not ". I chuckle " Yeah, it's better to know so we wouldn't panic or hurt someone we care for, but some parents think it better for the kids to live an everyday life until they get a little older or see their parents transforming by accident like Leo only find out about four years ago when his dad change in the kitchen and he walk-in mid-transformation, so Leo fainted and was scared of his father's for months. " I walk down the hallway to lily's room. I put momo down and whispered in her ears," I think it better if you stay outside for a bit, Momo, while I try to calm her down " Momo nodded. I opened the door and looked at the bed, and it was empty. I quickly looked around the room but found nothing out of place, so I started to sniff around. They were an intense aroma coming from under the bed. I look under the bed and see Lily in the back, with fear in her eyes. I softly spoke, " Honey, it's me, rose. Can you come out under the bed? We need to talk " Lilly didn't answer " Lily, please come out. I can explain what happened to you " Lily started to whimper. I don't think she is coming out. I could try to transform to show Lily I know what she is going through and maybe calm her down.' Let's hope this works and does not scare Lily more ' I took off my clothing so I would not rip it apart; I don't have any spare right now.  I started to transform.
My body expanded and changed so quickly that it only took about two seconds. " Lily dear, please come out under the bed, or I will get you out."  Lily huffed " You could try, but im not coming out im a  Monster." I didn't want to do this, but I had to talk to her before Dave came to watch them. I put my paw under the bed and lifted it. "Ahhhh, another monster." Lilly bolted to the door, so I quickly dropped the bed and rushed over to the door, then blocked the door so that Lily couldn't escape. Lily turned over and started to paw the sky " Please don't eat me. I don't taste good and will give you a stomach ache, " Lily begged. Ahh, that hurt my heart to hear Lily beg. I took a deep breath before speaking, " Lily, It's me, aunt Rose. Your favorite aunt." Lily stayed silent for a few seconds but screamed, " Nope, you are tricking me. I would not be fooled, but if somehow you are my  aunty Rose tell me a secret you only know."
Okay, let me try to remember a secret I only know because lily is not good at keeping secrets. I helped Lily get Emma's makeup by mostly distracting Emma when Lily wanted to grab it from her makeup case. I whisper in lily ears." I know how you got your make-up and  where you hid it." Lily huffed " Prove it. Tell me, where do I hide it ." I walk to her closet and push on a floorboard detached from the other. " I looked back at Lily with a smile " I installed this so you could hide stuff without your parents finding out cause a girl always needs a safe spot to hide things. "Lily started to cry." Aunty Rose, I was so scared of what would happen to me. " I slowly walk back to Lily and hugs her. I was about to speak, but a knock occurred downstairs so. I ignored it, but they started to knock more." I will be right back, Lily. I need to see who is knocking but stay here ." I left the room and went downstairs to see who was knocking. I reach the door and look in the peek hole to see it, Dave. I  was about to open the door but realized I didn't put on my clothing. So I mentally called Momo to come to me. Momo sees me and covers her eyes, then asks, " Why are you naked, Rose? You might get  seen." I chuckle " Yeah, I forgot to put my clothing back on, but I still need to talk to lily." I leaned closer and whispered, " with my wolf from, but Dave is at the door, so could you open the door and distract and keep him away from Lily's room?" Momo nodded and went to the door and was about to open it but stopped. Momo yelled out." Who is it." I was confused about why she asked when I told her it was Dave. I hear Dave chuckle." Good work; Momo always asks who is behind the door when you open it. If they told you their name and you don't know who is it, they are stranger even if they say that they know your parents or the person that lives they so don't open the door and im sorry I overslept but can you open the door for me. " Momo giggles and opens the door. I stay longer than I should listen to Dave's conversation with Momo. I saw dave eyes widen and his face turn the darkest red, then he lost consciousness. "Shit," Momo started to panic " Is Dave okay why did he faint? Is he sick? Should we go to the doctor or get some help?" I tried calm Momo down, but she was so scared that she started to cry. With all the commotion, we didn't realize Lily had come downstairs until she spoke, " What happened to dave? Do we need to go to the doctor? " I took a deep breath before I picked Momo up and rocked her so she calmed down a little. I look over and see that lily is pushing dave face with her paws. " Lily, what are you doing? I need you to leave him alone we don't want him to wake up. Lily asks, " Why is it not better to wake Dave  up ." I put Momo down and told them, " Yes, it's better to wake him up,  but we still need to talk about what happing to you, lily, and we can't let Dave know because he is not the same as us, so if you could momo I need you to pick Dave up and carry him to the couch. "  Momo wiped her eyes and nodded, then went over to dave and lifted him over her head with ease. I looked at Lily and pointed upstairs, and we both went upstairs to lily's room. When we finally reached Lily's room. I look at lily and see the worry in her eyes. " Sorry, Lily, I wanted to talk more about this, but I don't want to risk Dave hearing us, so let me tell you our family are werewolves, and we have lived for a long time." Lily looks confused and asks, " Why can't Dave know that we are werewolves and what are werewolves, "I answer Lily." Werewolves are people that have better senses than humans and are more muscular and more intelligent. The other thing is healing, and we don't die of old age. The last thing is we can transform into a wolf that triples our abilities. The reason Dave can't know is that humans will be afraid of us and tell other people, and they will come and attack us or try to experiment on us. It happened a long time ago, and we almost became extinct because of it, so we must never let humans know, and if they find out, we need to make them disappear to protect our kind. The only exception is if they are your soulmate, but that is a whole other thing."
"Is Dave your Soulmate Auntie Rose?" Lily asks. " That doesn't matter right now. We need you to learn  how to transform back." I firmly spoke. Lily eared Flaten and mumbled, " okay, Auntie Rosie, "I went to her dressers and grabbed her clothing. I will try my best to explain how to transform back. " okay, lily needs you to close your eyes and imagine how you look, your height, and whether your body is chubby or skinny. Most try to remember what you look like. You need to be very honest with yourself, slowly turning back to your regular self but try to do it slowly because if you do it too fast, it going hurt a lot. I waited for a couple of minutes, but lily was having trouble turning back. I got an idea let's show her some pictures I took of her when she first moved here. I brought out my phone and started to look in my gallery, but I took too many photos of the house on sale, looking for the best one to buy for the secret mission. I was getting impatient, so I messaged Emma to ask her to send me a recent photo of Lily. Emma didn't reply, so I sent a message to Felix. A second later, I got ten different pictures of lily. I tap Lily's shoulder, and she opens one eye to look at me, so I show her my phone with a photo of her. I was about to explain why im showing her a picture. "Dave is awake, and he is wondering where Lily is!" momo screamed in my mind.  So I quickly answered, "Distract him, ask for some breakfast. I almost had lily be able to transform back to her regular self." I waited for a response, but they were none, until a knock on the door. " Rose it me, Momo. May I come in? I got some food for you guys." I sighed with relief and went to open the door for momo. Momo walks in and hands me a plate of food and hands lily a plate, and goes over to me and hands me a piece of paper. I put my plate down and quickly read it. ' Rose, can you talk to Leo? He didn't eat yesterday and hadn't left his room, so his mother asked me to leave the food in front of his door and im so sorry I didn't mean to see you nude I am so sorry about that and is Lily, okay she hasn't come down yet and had been three hours since I arrived. You guys still haven't come down, so I thought she might have a cold, so I sent Momo up with food to give Lily and you. Hopefully, that will help Lily's immune system, and I have some food for you to eat for breakfast. Can I ask for a favor?  Could You come downstairs and get some food for Leo because he didn't eat yesterday? I will be downstairs cause  I might be the reason Leo is staying in his room and not coming down to eat, so  I don't want to scare him any more than I have already done.

I ask Momo." Is this true, Momo? Leo didn't come out of his room all day yesterday after seeing Dave downstairs  and has not eaten." Momo slowly nodded her head. I look for my clothing and put them on. "Lily, you can't leave this room im going get food for your brother, so you must stay here until you learn how to transform back. You could ask momo. She might be able to help you."Lily nodded, so I quickly kissed her head and left the room. When I finally reached the kitchen, the only thing they were was a plate warp in tin foil with a sticky note. That's weird. I thought Dave would be here. I was about to search for him. " Rose, im in the living room cleaning up."I went to the living room, but he still was not there. Okay, I know what going on.
"You're embarrassed  to see me, aren't you." I heard a bang back in the kitchen. So I quickly went over and saw that dave was on the floor with pans all over him. I try to help him, but the moment I touch his hand, he flinches back. I huffed. "I don't know why you are embarrassed. If anyone, it should be me, not you but im okay with it. " Dave slowly got up with a pan blocking his face, but I could see his hands turning red. David took a deep breath and spoke, " Sorry about this rose. It's just your image is still fresh in my mind. I feel it would be wrong of me to look at you 'cause I might imagine something inappropriate, and that would be disrespectful to you, so im trying to get my mind to make an effort  to forget it ." He must be joking. He must have at least seen stuff online. I chuckle " Dave, you bring ridiculously. I know my body is beautiful, but you must at least have seen stuff online that is sexier, or you know what im talking about. You are a guy." I looked at dave behind the pan, who was not saying anything . I sighed, " im not going to say it dave. Do you know what is im talking about? It starts with a p, which is all im saying about this." Dave moved the pan and looked very confused, and started to walk away from me. When he reached the living room, he began to talk, " Sorry, rose, but I don't know what you are talking about. My two guys friends tried to show me something online; I believe that is what you are talking about because my friend told me it starts with a p, but my caretaker and my friend's significant other stopped them and made them sleep outside for a couple of months and told me never to search anything that started with a p, or they make me sleep outside in the woods for a week. " I laughed " You must be joking, right that is the funniest thing I heard. You know they were messing with you. They wouldn't have made you sleep in the woods." Dave stayed silent, so I asked, " No, you messing with me? They wouldn't make you sleep in the woods for the looking up a word on the internet with the letter p. " Dave sighed " I looked up the word puppies. The next thing I knew was my caretaker busting through my door and taking the laptop, and my two Female friends came up to me with a sleeping bag and Bags with camping gear, so they told me I needed to sleep in the wood for a week it wasn't so bad, but I never look up a word with p again. " I chuckle " Im sorry for laughing but isn't that kind of mess up." Dave chuckles, " A little bit, but with my friends, we tend to keep our word, and it was fun camping for a week, and I was near the house so that I could  come back in when the weather gets bad." He used to live in a house that had at least six people living inside. It must be a big house, and near the woods, which would have cost a good amount of money, so his friends must be in a pack that had been existing for a good while. I was hesitant to ask this, but I need to know. " Dave, you keep your friend's name secret, and I understand why, but how could you afford the building when you never had a job or used technology that much" Dave took a deep breath before answering, " I hope this doesn't sound bad, but I took some money from the la Llorona and before you ask I took about three million dollars. " I was surprised he took that much, so why did he pick this building out of nowhere? "So you have three million dollars in your bank account and only use a little bit of it." Dave sighed " No, almost all the money I took went to buildings for the kids that had no family, so the only thing I had left was about three hundred thousand for me, and I used all of it in the building and the amount I still need my friend father chip in to help me ."Dave started to turn on the tv and turned it into a cartoon show. I got Leo's food and went to the stairs, but before I went upstairs."Do you miss your friend, Dave " Dave stayed silent, and I went upstairs, but I heard him whisper when I left ." Every day but I can't go back." I want to talk to dave about that, but I need to speak with Leo first. I arrived at Leo's door with a sign that said, "Don't enter" okay, that is new. I knocked on the door, but no one answered, so I knocked harder, and still no answer. " Leo, I know you are inside your room. I could smell you through the door and could hear your heart rate. Please, at least, eat some food. I know it will take some time to move past what happened to you, but you can't stay inside your room your whole life. " I pleaded. "Yes, I can, or at least when it is my time to change into my more powerful self ." Leo just turned thirteen, so it would mostly take about two more years for him to awaken his abilities. I was about to say something but heard a door open and looked over and saw that Lily's door was open. I quickly went over and saw Momo sleeping on the ground while Lily was nowhere to be seen. I stomped my foot and went to Leo's Door. "We'll talk about this later, Leo. Just Eat the food I brought while I punish your youngest sister for leaving her room ." I growled. Im, a fun aunt. I usually don't get angry with my nieces and nephews, but sometimes they think they are cute. They could get away with anything, but no, I do, put my  foot down when I need to."I quietly went downstairs and looked for Lily. I look in the kitchen. Nothing. I went down to where the restaurant was, but I still didn't find Lily.I hope she is not with Dave. I went back upstairs to the living room and saw that dave was still on the couch watching a cartoon show. I went to the couch and saw that he was alone.okay, now im worried if lily is not with Dave, where is she? I was about to panic until the toilet flushed upstairs. I quickly ran back upstairs and knocked on the bathroom door. " Sorry, I will be out soon," Lily answered.  Oh, thank heaven, she just had to use the restroom.The door opened, and I saw Lily had transformed back im so proud of her for it, but I needed to grab her clothing to put on. So we went back to her room, and I grabbed clothing and put them on Lily. Then I grab momo and put her on the bed to sleep more comfortably.I was about to leave when lily pulled on my shirt.  "Can I go downstairs and watch cartoons?" Lily asks. I picked Lilly up and whispered," of course, dear, for doing an amazing job turning back to your human form, but before you go downstairs,  you have to pretend you're still sick because Dave thinks you are not feeling well for staying up here for so long."Lilly nodded her head. I carried Lily downstairs to the living room. When I put Lilly down, she ran over to dave and sat down quickly, and started to watch the cartoon that was on.Dave smiled at lily and got off the couch, then went to the closet and brought back a blanket and a pillow for lily to rest on. Then went back to the kitchen. I followed him into the kitchen and saw him washing the dishes. I scoffed" Arent you supposed to be babysitting the kids, not just making food and watching the tv? " Dave chuckles " Yes, I am, but im just following the note Emma give me on 101 on babysitting kids. " I was skeptical about that, so I asked, " Oh yeah, where is the note." Dave pointed to the fridge. I went over to the fridge and saw the note he was talking about. Step one is to make breakfast; then, the second step is to turn on tv put on a cartoon, and wait until the kids come to the couch and then grab them a blanket and pillow until they go asleep and repeat until I arrive back home at six thirty in the afternoon. That is not how you suppose to watch the kids, Emma. They are way more steps than that. I smack my head on the fridge " Really, Emma, that's the plan you give dave for watching your children," I muttered. Dave chuckles " I don't think she ever let someone else watch her kids before. That is not family." I stayed silent and tried to remember when the last time Emma had left the kids that were not family. Emma never did, even with Leo, and she had him about thirteen years ago and only left him with me when he was about five years old, but I was with my parents then.I was surprised " Yeah, I think you are the very first Dave." Dave turned off the sink. Dave stayed silent for a while; then, he turned to me with a look of fear. "Rose, can I talk with you outside for a bit."  I grabbed his hand, went downstairs to the restaurant, and walked out from the back entry. I put something on the door, so it wouldn't be fully closed. It didn't feel wonderful to stay outside without a jacket, but I think this might be important if dave does not want the kids to hear it. "I might have been followed back to our house last night," I felt my stomach twist and my body heat up at that information. " Are you sure about that, Dave? That is an essential thing to tell me, and only now are you telling me that. "I saw dave flinch as I realized I was screaming at him. I felt embarrassed " Sorry about that. Sometimes, I let my anger get the better of me. Please go ahead with what happened." Dave slowly nodded. "Okay, it's just after the conversation about me staying in the bookstore for my safety, and I agree with you about that, so I left Emma's house feeling tired for the day we had, so I wanted to go home and sleep more I would sleep at Emma, but I feel like I would bother the parent's dogs if I stayed so I decided to go home. So I was walking home, and at first, it was normal. Still, when I got further away from Emma's house, I felt like someone was staring at me, so I started to walk a little bit faster, but when I was about three blocks away from the house, I thought I felt a breath behind my neck, so  I quickly turn over and saw no one, but when I started to run I hear footsteps stomping behind me and when I finally reach the door I saw a shadow over me. I know im not very tall, but it didn't seem like a light post or a moving car. It was a person. I felt like a hand about to touch my neck, but I felt like  the person who was going to grab me had a second thought and just left, and I don't know if it was cause I was so exhausted that I imagined all of that or if it truly happens." Dave was shaken. I wanted to know more, but Dave has been through a lot, so I just kept my mouth shut this time. " Why didn't you tell me before," I ask. " Lilly was sick, so that was more important than whatever happened to me last night. It might just have been delusional, for all I know. " Dave smiled and then went back inside. " I sighed " Dave, you are important " I went back inside, but before I went back upstairs, I quickly texted Elizabeth and Mathew to come to Emma's house and stay outside and keep watch of anyone suspicious. They both answer last than a minute later. saying they be here in twenty minutes.Three hours passed, and no text from either of them told me they found anyone suspicious. So I told Lily and Dave that im going home to change my clothing and do some important stuff and that I would be back to pick up Dave. When I left Emma's house and started to walk back, I felt a presence behind me. As I got further away, it got closer. When I was just about to hit The second block away from the bookstore, the presence attacked me from behind. I quickly twisted my body to flip them over, but they landed on their feet and went to knee my stomach, but I barely caught it in time. After that, it started to become a test of stamina. We went through blow after blow, each one becoming harder than the last one until I finally got a good uppercut and knocked the person down. I quickly picked them up and got them in a chokehold. My blood was running a mile a minute. This was a difficult fight for me. This person had a lot more experience than me but not more different fight style than me. I felt my blood run cold and whisper in their ear." You better start talking before I snap your neck for attacking me." They headbutt me, and I let go both got some distance from each other and were about to charge in again, but a voice stopped us " Mom, stop. That lady saved me from the bad people that have taken Dad and me
