Log 1B: "Alright. My first log entry... so hello there, my name is Robert Redwood. Although people have started to call me the Pokemon Professor since my Mom retired and left for the Alola Region. Before she left she gave me all her research into pokemon and the local legends that haven't seemed to appear in any other Region, not Kalos, not Hoenn, not even Unova."

"After countless study of her notes and all the machinery I have on hand, I've evaluated what I wish to do as the Pokemon Professor of the Quanova Region. But first, I might as well catch you up."

"You see, local legend here in the seaside town of Genesis Bay states that hundreds of years ago, shortly before humans settled in this part of the world, it is believed that the Region was settled upon by Pokemon, and not just your normal everyday Pokemon. These pokemon had potentially developed their own community, houses, shops, the whole shebang. And at the center of it lied something called the 'Porta Antiqua'. A mystical device left by the Legendary Pokemon Palkia."

"For centuries it'd remained dormant, before suddenly, a bright light came from it, and all of these Aincent Pokemon dissapeared. Legend states that when Humans settled here, they found a treasure trove of old buildings, aincent texts woven into fabric, and most of all, the 'Porta Antiqua'. But not really understanding the reasons for the existence of this stuff, they settled on a nearby cliff, as the old town was located in a valley. But then, a huge rainstorm suddenly hit, and swallowed up the Aincent Ruins."

"To this day it's theorized that the reason for the storm was an aincent battle in between Kyogre and Groudon in the Hoenn Region, with Kyogre having the advantage before Rayquaza stopped the two as it had a thousand times before. But no one has been able to dive down into the water to see if the ruins still lie there, as everytime they do, the survivors are found in completely random locations around the globe, with little memory of what happened. Some have described seeing a humongous sea monster that resembled a Grapploct, others say it resembles a Braviary. However, no one has seen the creature guarding the supposed location of the ruins in its full might."

"But everyone who avoids the area but still live near it have gone unharmed. So I think whatever this thing is, it's guarding something. My mom never had a name for this mysterious area, but I've decided to call this area; the 'Fortuitous Triangle'. Oh but look at the time, I have to go greet some fresh trainers. I'll upload anything I find later, End of Log... let's call this Log 1B."
