Love + Hate (Damianya)

Chapter III - Questions

As professor Henderson came, Damian and the boy that he fights with, went into the counseling guidance room. Damian's anger towards the boy is still there, so is the boy. Both of them still wanting to continue fighting. The counseling guidance teacher went to calm them down.

"BOTH OF YOU PLEASE CALM DOWN!!" the counseling guidance teacher said with an angry tone."Now both of you tell me what is going on and how did you two started fighting in the first place?" the counseling guidance teacher asked. Damian explained to the counseling guidance teacher what just happened and the counseling guidance teacher seems suprised because the reason why they had a fight was because Damian wanted to defend Anya Forger, the action that Damian did was such a gentleman thing to do.

The teacher let Damian go, on the other hand the boy stayed until he learnt his lesson. As Damian walked out from the counseling guidance room, there is Anya standing with Becky and also Emile and Ewen. As soon as Anya saw Damian, she hugged him tightly. "Thank you Damian for defending me, but I also feel bad because you got in trouble because of that. Maybe I was wrong about you all along about you being a jerk, you are a good person after all. Maybe we should be more closer, so I will know you more!!" Anya said with a happy face. Damian blushes until he looks like a tomato. ("WHAT IS THIS? S-SHE IS HUGGING ME? I CAN FEEL HER WARMTH AND AM I DREAMING OR DID SHE JUST CALLED ME BY MY NAME?? this is the first time she called me by my name, she usually calls me sy-on boy. I feel happy about it.") Damian said on his mind. Damian hugs Anya back. Emile, Ewen, and Becky looked shocked that Damian hugs her back.

After they hugged, Damian just realized that Emile, Ewen, and Becky was there too and he felt embarassed. "I-I UMM A-A-ANYAA UM, IT'S NOT LIKE I DEFEND YOU OR ANYTHING. YOU GOT IT ALL WRONG, IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS ANNOYED. YOU LOOK UGLY WHEN YOU CRY SO I-" Damian said with an angry face while blushing. Anya looks weirded out by Damian's weird behavior towards her. Damian's heart beats faster as he realized that his made up reason can't be used after seeing the situation. "I UMM I-I" Damian stutter. He then quickly runs away after what happened. Emile and Ewen runs away to cath up with Damian. Anya began to question what is wrong with Damian and why is he acting weird and so is Becky.

As Damian runs away his heart beats faster thinking about Anya, he finally realized that he really have feelings for Anya. He was no longer in a love denial. He fell in love with her. He wanted to confess to Anya his true feelings but he can't. He doesn't accept his feelings towards her but slowly he began to accept it. ("I can't believe this? what am I doing? I'm not supposed to love her, she is not on my level. Is this what love really feels like? it feels weird.") Damian said on his mind. Ewen and Emile went to Damian, Emile questioned why is Damian acting weird "hey Damian? why did you defend Anya? I mean you hate her right? isn't she like your rival?". "Listen you two, I know this might sound weird but listen. When I was six years old, I always thought that I hated Anya. She is my rival. But deep down inside of me, my heart always beats faster when she is around me. I was in a denial. Knowing that I just hated her, I always bully her. But now I am starting to realize something. That I have feelings for her. That is why I wanted to protect her. I don't want anyone to hurt her." Damian replied. Emile and Ewen looked shocked. "Boss man..." Emile said. "So, you have a thing for her?" Ewen asked. "It seems that way...I never knew about it for like I don't know like 9 years...9 years of denial" Damian answered. "Why? why her? why do I have such feelings like this for her? I hate this so much. She is getting in my way. I can't focus, all I wanted to do is to make my father proud. But she...she made me do the things that I shouldn't do, I should be doing it for my father only. I just wanted to make him proud." Damian continued talking with a disappointed face. "Boss man, you can't blame your feelings. It just happened. There must be a reason why you fell for her right? I mean look on the bright side? you did something that isn't related to your father. But for yourself, you did some actions for her because you loved her" Emile said. Damian realized what Emile told him was true, after that Damian accepted his feelings.

On the other hand Anya still questioned about Damian's weird behavior. So does Becky. "Becky there's something weird about him. Why did he do all of this kindness but after that he runs away from me saying mean things about me?" Anya asked. "I also don't know why he did that. But all that comes out in my head is that I think deep down inside he cares about you. Or maybe he likes you? BUT HE HIDES HIS FEELINGS BY BEING MEAN? *gasp* ANYA maybe that is it? maybe he likes you?" Becky replied. Anya blushed after what Becky said to her "h-he...he likes me?" Anya asked again.
