"There, I saw him under the sakura tree. Sun shining on him from between the leaves, his bright blue eyes glowed. Black hair, as black as the starry night, his lips peach coloured. I caught myself staring at him. Just couldn't take my eyes off him, I suddenly felt like I had found someone special."
It was a usual summer day. Hot weather, sun shining brightly, barely a cloud on the blue sky that could provide some shadows. Ayumu, a 17 year old student, decided to go on a walk to clear his mind a little. He was overwhelmed by all the schoolwork he had to do. On the edge of crying, having a headache, he needed a break. He went to the park he often goes to after school, drinking a cup of coffee from a café nearby. There's one specific tree he likes. He once found a squirrel on the tree, and fed it from his hand. Ayumu always sits under the tree on the grass, but today, surprisingly, there was someone else sitting there. - Who is it? Doesn't seem familiar.. - Ayumu thought to himself. Though, he was bothered by his seat being taken, he seemed to like the stranger. The black haired person caught him staring, then looked at Ayumu, eyes cold as the winter.
-Can I help you? - says the unknown man as he slowly lowers his arm with a book in his hand.
-O-oh, no thank you, I just - Ayumu stuttered - I was just wondering if you're from around here, I don't think I have seen you before.
-No, I'm only here to take care of my grandma for the summer.
-I see, I see.. May I take a seat? - Ayumu points at the grass next to the stranger.
-I see no reasons as to why not, so sure, go ahead. As the pink haired boy sat down, he quickly took a glance of the stranger's book. Weird, it's by his favourite author. Maybe they like the same genres?
-What's your name? - Asks Ayumu, tone of voice full of curiousity.
-Kouta. - The pink haired man hums at Kouta's answer.
-You have a very handsome name. - Kouta's cheeks heated up a little bit. He never really got complimented before, so this warm and fuzzy feeling he felt was strange for him.
-Nice to meet you, Kouta - As Ayumu smiled warmly, Kouta started feeling weird. Not sick, or dizzy, he felt oddly happy. - What are you reading?
-It's.. just a mystery novel.
-I like mysteries a lot! I'm a good detective, ya know! - Ayumu let out a small, almost inaudible giggle as he winked at Kouta, making him blush.
-I bet you are. - The black haired man smiled warmly at Ayumu's kind of childish, but adorable behaviour.
-So you're not going to go to school here or anything?
-I didn't plan to. But who knows.
-I see, I see. - Kouta's phone buzzed. He got a message from his grandmother. She needs help with groceries.
-I'm afraid I have to go. - he says as he gets up. - Well, it was nice meeting you, uhm...
-Ayumu! - says the pink haired boy with a wide smile.
-Ayumu - Kouta's mouth slowly turned into a warm smile. -I hope we'll meet again soon.
-Me too, Kouta. - he said as he took a sip of his coffee. - Well, until we meet again.
