There is no other place to start this seven year timeline than the absolute beginning of their relationship. Grayson and Ariana had officially met on the set of 'Victorious' the Nickelodeon show that Ariana was an actress on. Grayson at the time was the television networks "crush of the week" and had the privilege to be interviewed by Ariana Grande, Liz Gillies, Victoria Justice, and Daniella Monet.
Ariana had recently recounted on their first encounter, and had this to say "I remember when the producer had told us that he was coming on set to be interviewed by us for the crush of the week, I actually was freaking out, and you can literally see in this picture that Liz was smiling because I had the hugest crush on him, and she knew about it."

Now, Selena and Grayson are together? What? This isn't the most confusing part of the timeline, but during this time Ariana and Graysons friendship goes completely silent, many speculate that Selena had shut down the twos 'friendship'.
