Lucy has been back at work for a few days now. She was still assigned to writing with Smitty because Tim had now chosen Thorsen as his aid.

Smitty had back pain so he was assigned to the front desk today. That left Lucy riding alone on patrol. She didn't mind the quiet though.

It was just after noon when she got a call about possible burglars at a warehouse. She called in that she was responding to the call. As she was about to reach her destination, she noticed a car parked a few streets away from the building.

"Might be nothing" Lucy said out loud. She got out of the shop and saw a door. She walked up to it and tried to open it. To her surprise, she got in. With her gun drawn, she walked further.

She walked into a brick-walled container. As she stepped over the threshold, she heard a loud noise coming from the entrance of the building. Followed by what she assumed was something collapsing. Lucy snaps her head back to where the sound came from. Her first instinct was to run back towards the sound – even though Bailey once repeatedly told her to stay away from fire and collapsing buildings. As she was about to leave the room the door closed as if by itself. She tried to stop it but was too late. The door was locked and there wasn't any other way out.

The room she was in wasn't very big. She couldn't help but think back to the barrel.

"Stop! Try and stay calm! Call it in so they know you're in trouble" she said out loud to calm herself. She knew if she didn't stay calm, she'd start spiraling which didn't help anybody.

Everything was silent now, but Lucy was scared that if the building had indeed collapsed partially that it would crumble down further. She tried to call it in but only heard static. So she sat on the cold floor and started looking around for something to help her get out of this weird place.

She'd just scanned the room and didn't find anything other than dust. She looked to the door when suddenly she heard a click, she turned towards the sound. Her heart stopped when she saw a little red light in the corner of the room. Someone was watching her; someone had intended for her to get trapped there. She couldn't breathe because her mind brought her back to one place. One hell someplace, one wicked person.

Thorsen and Bradford were about to call it a day. Their shift hadn't been extremely busy, but they went from call to call as time went on. Tim had managed to focus on the job for most of his shift. Only once was he distracted, when Lucy called to report she was entering a warehouse a while ago. They were driving back to the station when Tim asked: "When's the last time you heard Chen on the radio?"

"A while ago, maybe an hour or two"

Two hours ago! Why was he so focused on work that he forgot about Lucy completely?!

He didn't think twice and asked dispatch to give him her last location. He could tell Thorsen was questioning his decision to search for her, but he didn't know how bad it got the last time she was missing.

They raced over to the warehouse and found her shop. Fear hit Tim right in the heart when he saw the building had partially collapsed. He stopped himself from thinking too far ahead in what-if territory and searched for another way in since the door was gone.

Lucy had been in the room for about an hour when suddenly the lights went out. She tried to stay calm and use her phone's flashlight to guide the way but an hour later that phone died so she was left in the dark with only the red camera light in the corner guiding her.

With her phone dead, she had no concept of time anymore. She could be sitting there for an hour, 2, maybe even 3 at this point who knew? When suddenly she heard a sound coming from behind the door, she heard two sets of footsteps walking around.

"Hey! I'm in here!" the second the words left her mouth she regretted it. What if whoever was filming her came back to finish the job? But before she could finish that horrible thought, she got an answer.

"Lucy?! Where are you?"

She heard Tim's comforting voice coming closer, a smile unwillingly crept up her cheeks.

"I'm in the- " there was another loud bang and now she didn't hear anybody at all.
