Personality: Kira is a reserved and collected individual who likes to stay by his lonesome. He doesn't talk much due to him hating social interactions. He prefers to remain by himself because he seems to trust no one whatsoever and whenever someone is pushing his boundaries he adopts a fierce glare to make whoever is pissing him off retreat. He is a master strategist and possesses a keen eye for detail, he can look at a person and visually dissect every last centimeter of their character in a matter of seconds. He is very cautious and prefers to stay at a distance while exploiting every weakness his potential opponent has to gain the advantage. Despite his cold persona Kira genuinely cares for the people he trust and will not hesitate to put his life on the line for those he considers his comrades. He also possesses a bit of a perverted side due to him taking an interest in hips and thighs. "What? Don't judge. I could have given him a goddamn toe fetish or some other messed up shit. The legs are one of the sexiest parts of the human body. You know what Shakira says. My hips don't lie. And that is the truth."

Master of Puppets: Kira can manipulate the iron particles inside of a persons bloodstream to control their limbs like a puppet on a string, he can also use this technique to reverse a victims blood flow or just cut off the victim's circulation entirely to kill them in a matter of seconds.
Fade to Black: Kira makes use of his magnetism by covering his entire body with the magnetized iron particles from the surrounding area, allowing him to perfectly camouflage himself by using the iron particles to reflect light as well as camouflage his body heat to remain undetectable even to infrared vision.
Seek and Destroy: Kira can use his superhuman precision to transform the iron inside of a person's bloodstream into solid object like razor blades or scissors, he can use this to inflict serious damage on his targets by slowly killing them from the inside. In addition he can slowly siphon off the iron from a target's body that will dramatically diminish the quantity of hemoglobin inside them, reducing the blood's ability to carry oxygen throughout the body, with the blood of the target steadily changing color from red to yellow as more hemoglobin is removed. Unable to function, the suffocating body will eventually die if the victim doesn't replenish their iron in time, enabling Kira to simply wait out his opponent's death.
Origins
Kira born and raised in Sicily until he was eight years old. You see Kira got his quirk when he was six years old, two years after he was supposed to awaken his superhuman abilities leaving both him, and everyone around him to believe he was quirkless. Because of his status as a powerless nobody, Kira was treated like the scum of the earth. People from his school would insult him or beat him down until he was rendered unconscious. Even his own father despised him. Kira's mother died giving birth to him leaving his father to raise the boy by himself. His father blamed Kira for the death of his wife and would steady grow to hate him over the years. When he found out Kira was quirkless, he would begin to relentlessly beat him. His own father would tell him that he was a monster, a demon who took the life of his own mother. And deep down, Kira actually believed the words his father would spit at him. Kira would experience two years of unyielding physical and verbal abuse from the people that flooded the streets, and the bastard that resided in his home. When Kira became six he finally gained his quirk. His quirk was awakened from his unrivaled hatred for everything that drew breath. It originally activated when he was being bullied once again by the same pricks from his school. During his daily beating session he shouted towards his tormentors with a nightmarish roar that was pulsating pure hate. While he screamed towards his bullies one of them began to cough violently before vomiting dozens of razor blades. Said bully would fall to the ground unconscious from the excruciating pain residing within his throat. Because of the awakening of his quirk Kira's appearance would begin to change, causing the whites in his eyes to become pitch black like tar, while his irises would become deep crimson in color. His once dirty brown hair would swiftly change into a pitch black mess. When his screams died down Kira would look at the scene in front of him with seemingly no care whatsoever. It was like he was indifferent to the sight of the twitching boy in front of him. His once frightened weepy eyes became empty and focused. He felt nothing, no pain, no cold or warmth, nothing. It was like he was a completely different person. After his exchange with his former bullies Kira would set his sites on someone else. A person who beat Kira for no reason. A man who treated him like an infestation. A monster who made his life a living hell. His father. When Kira arrived home he found his father on the coach reading a dirty magazine before the man darted his eyes towards the open door. He looked at the boy in confusion and anger, believing that some random kid just barged into his home. He stood up only to fall back down. He felt a stinging sensation in the back of his foot and twisted his neck towards the source of the source. What the man saw made him scream in complete terror. He saw multiple nails inside of his Achilles' tendon along with needles poking out of his ankle. He shouted in pain while glaring towards the boy that barged into his home. Only to be met with a kick to the teeth. White hot pain erupted from the mans mouth before he was kicked again, and again. Over and over the boy that he finally recognized as his own son would continue to beat him down just like he did to Kira. For five hours straight Kira beat his father relentlessly until the man finally succumbed to his injuries, and died. By the age of six, Kira Fantasma became a murderer. After the death of his father, Kira would stay in Sicily for another two years to gain a better grasp on his quirk before moving to Japan where he would start his new life. While in Japan he studied under multiple martial arts and would research various combat tactics to further improve his growth. He became a master in the art of stealth and a certified genius by the age of twelve due to him possessing an IQ well over 200. When he was fourteen Kira decided to become a hero. He wanted to protect people much like himself so that they would not have to suffer the same fate as him. He would become a symbol for the weak. A symbol for the quirkless. A symbol that would make all villains tremble. A symbol of fear.
"As you can tell I heavily designed Kira after the JOJO character named Risotto Nero. I did that because Risotto is one of my favorite JOJO characters right next to Okuyasu, and Rohan.
