(Mercedes P.O.V)

I wake up in the morning with a a call from the police station so I get up from my bed quickly (Probably woke up Liam but Oh well!) I look outside of the window and answer my phone.

"Hello?" I say nicely, "Oh Hello Mercedes, Sorry for awaking you so earlier but I am here to tell you some good news and bad news... Which one would you like to hear first?" The women says. I kinda got confused  for a moment and made a face as I am talking to her on the phone. "Uh,  bad news first." I say nervously on the phone.

"Good choice, well We found Mason but he had a Lawyer with him yesterday when we arrived with him at the police station. We all negotiated, and we have decided to give Mason another chance..." The women says. My eyes just like popped out of my head I was speechless for a moment. "Hey, but the good news is that he has promised to follow the restraining order this time." The women on the phone continues.

Liam saw the way my face was so I guess he was curious. "Uh Mercedes whats wrong?" He says as he gets up from the bed and starts to walk towards me, I ignore he and say something to the women on the phone.

"Oh really? He broke the restraining order once, what makes you think he won't do it again?" I say to the women, I may sounded like a rude b!^*h but it was the truth. "I understand how you feel, trust me I am not agreeing with this either, but they thought everyone deserves a second chance so they gave him one.. Have a good day Mercedes bye." The women says hanging up the call quickly before I could say another word.

I sigh and cover my face, Liam gives me a hug saying, "They let him go huh?" I nod a yes and he sighs giving me a peck on the forehead. He makes me look at him and he smiles. "Well to get your mind off of this how about  if you, Jason and I go to the carnival today and out to dinner?" Liam says smiling at me wrapping his arms around my waist, I smile and look up at him.

"Well sure! But, wait... Do you and the boys have to finish the video for One Way Or Another?" I say looking at him curiously. "Well we do but there is not that many parts we have to finish, we just need one more scene and were done!" He says pecking my lips after he was done speaking. I smile and he smiles back. "So what do you say?" he says looking at me curiously. "Okay!" I say happily smiling at Liam afterwards. He picks me up and hugs me. "You should start getting ready so you can go start the video." I say to Liam smiling. He pecks my cheek and heads inside the shower. I go down stairs to hang out with my brother and tell him.

"So Jason, Liam wants to take us out to go to the carnival and after that we want to go out dinner. You wanna come?" I say to him looking at Jason as he is playing Mario Kart, He pauses the game and looks at me. "Sure but can Dani come too?" He says excitedly, I laugh and hug him "Of course! I will pay for her." He smiles and hands me a wii controller, "Wanna play the game with me?" He says curiously. I smile and grab the controller and we start playing Mario Kart. After a while Liam walked down stairs having his phone and car keys in his hand he grabs my head and kisses me telling me that he is leaving. He says bye to Jason and leaves my house.

I wanted to watch TV so Jason and I decided to go on netflix, we wanted to watch a scary movie so we chose the Last exorcism.

But during that whole time we were watching the moving the thing that was running in my head was,

Mason is not in jail so he can try to do something anytime now...

(Liams P.O.V.)

I try not to worry about the news we found out this morning, I didn't want to think about it... I have to stay strong for both myself and Mercedes.

I text the boys saying: Hey! Hope you guys are ready today for the last thing we have to do for the video, at the park! see you there!
