My hands touched the last panel of words displayed on my phone, and as my eyes got through the letters on it I was left baffled by the ending.

The trending novel of 4 years had such a bad ending, I couldn't even convince myself of how unreasonable the ending was.
'Just cause he decided to marry a commoner instead of a noble the kingdom abandons him and half of the country is killed off in the final invasion...this is just absurd!'

I was full of resentment about how the author ended this masterpiece and just couldn't bring myself to appreciate him.
