**Madison POV**
And here we were two weeks later it is Friday, August 14, 2009. We were waiting to see what the final words of the judge are going to be.
- "All rise in the case of The Levesque McMahon's vs The Santiago's for the adoption of Madison Santiago. I will grant The McMahon's the adoption. You are now Madison Levesque McMahon." She says
- "Thank You," Stephanie say and then Paul
- "Your welcome you may all leave now."
We were so excited all of the McMahons had come to see the trial where I am going to be adopted into their family. My old family didn't say goodbye I mean that's the least they could do I thought but I was wrong I don't feel sad I actually feel a huge relief as if a thousand pounds had been lifted from my shoulders. We all walk outside and quickly go in the car.
- "Let's go and celebrate," Paul says
- "You know what that's a great idea," Steph says
- "Yeah, I think that's a wonderful idea," I say
- "OK let me call my dad and Shane so we can all celebrate as a family," Stephanie says
While Steph calls her dad and brother, Paul turns around to talk to me.
- "You know Madison you are now part of our family. I may not be at home as much as I would like to but you can always count on me and you can tell me anything I will never be disappointed you can call me anytime and if I don't answer just leave me a message or a text. Also, you know you can call me dad, Steph mom, Vince grandpa and so on but only when you're ready I don't want you to rush anything or make you feel uncomfortable."
- "Thank you. I say as I tear up a bit while smiling. No one has ever said anything even close to that."
He doesn't say anything but he has the hugest smile on his face.
- "OK then see you there." Stephanie hangs up and looks at us. "The same goes with me honey and I want you to know that we are very proud of you for multiple reasons. We will always be here no matter what. Now daddy told me that he's going to take us somewhere new to Celebrate." She says
- "OK" Paul says and I just nod
So we are in the car and the girls fell asleep. We start talking about school and how the 11th grade was when they were in school. We are all having a good time laughing and joking around about embarrassing car rides. Good thing I'm gonna ride a bike to school I don't want anybody to know I'm part of the McMahon family not yet at least. We finally get to the restaurant and my legs are hurting and my but is numb. We got out of the car and I notice the restaurant, it was fancy, beautiful and huge.
After we get the girls out of the car and stretch our legs a little we met up with everyone else. We all enter the restaurant and it is beautiful and smells really nice 'cause I've been in some restaurants that don't smell pleasant.
- "Hello and Welcome how many?" Says the hostess
- "11," Vince says
We walk to our table and I sit in between Vince and Shane. I'm very nervous this is the second time we have seen each other but they are super sweet.
- "Hello I'm Will and I'm going to be your waiter for the evening." He says
Will is tall maybe '5"9 he has brown hair beautiful hazel eyes a cute smile and it looks like he works out by the muscles of his arms.
- "Well hello Will we would like a bottle of champagne only the best please, six apple juices and one water thank you."
- "No problem any appetizers sir?" He asks
- "Yes, can I have 3 Caesar salads. And do you want something Madison?" Vince asks
- "Yes, may I have the Fresh Garden salad please and thank you." I say
- "Of course right away." He says and then left
- "Are you on some kinda diet honey? Because you don't need it you look great you don't need to lose that 1 pound." Linda says
I laugh
- "Thank you but no I'm Vegan."
- "What's a Vegan?" all the kids say in unison
- "Vegan is a person that doesn't eat or use anything that comes from an animal." I explain
- "Oh OK." They say
- "Mom she's weird." Declan whispers
- "Declan you do not say that just because she's different OK. Now say you're sorry." Shane says a little angry
- "I'm sorry." Declan says
- "I accept apology." I say with a smile
- "So how has your pregnancy going, Marissa?" I ask
- "Well, it has been OK a little pain but nothing I can't handle." She says Marissa is I think 7 or 8 months pregnant and Steph was all most 40 weeks. Yeah I know lots of babies coming soon
- "So Madison I want to talk to you for your and our safety reasons so you don't get bullied and or get followed by paparazzi." Shane says
- "OK, what's up." I said
- "In school, you were registered by Madison McMahon and that's OK but you shouldn't tell people you're part of our family not yet at least." He said
- "It's OK I didn't tell anybody I want to tell them when I'm ready I even go to school on my bike so people don't freak out when they see Steph or Paul and also it's healthier physically and mentally." I say
- "Wow smart kid I really like you." he says
- "So Madison you're going to be 16 soon right? What do you want to study in college?" Vince asked
- "Yes on September 22. I'm going to study veterinarian technology which is just for two to four years and if I really like it I may become a veterinary." I say with a huge smile and confident as ever.
- "What about becoming a WWE Diva?" He asked
I was shocked and just sat there paralyzed and repeating that question in my head. Until Will asked me if I would like a dressing for my salad.
- "No thank you." I say
- "So what do you say." Vince asked
I looked at Steph and Paul
- "Do what your heart says." Paul said
I zoned everyone out and I started thinking about it and I felt my heart fill up with joy and a huge smile appeared on my face. When I opened my eyes I felt tears running down my face everyone looked happy but concern and they were waiting for me to answer.
I clear my throat and begin.
- "Well Vince we should work out a schedule so I can train but not lose any school time if that OK with you," I say with a smile
- "That's perfect I'll give Stephanie or Paul the schedule on Friday, Monday you begin and on Sunday you will attend Summer Slam OK?" He said
- "Wow really?" I ask
- "Yes, so you can see what we do up close not just from a TV and have the feel for it," He says
- "That's OK with me only if it's ok with Stephanie and Paul," I say
-" That's OK with us," they both say
Everyone started clapping. Paul and Steph come up to me and give me a hug.
- "I'm so proud of you," Paul said
- "You sounded so happy I'm so proud," Steph said
- "Thank you," I said while sitting down and wiping my tears away
- "Well let's toast on a beautiful new family member and bright futures," Linda said
We all hoisted our cups and clung them together. The night went amazing and I can't believe how happy I am. My future is brighter than a star and I'm so blessed because of it.
