Chapter 2

Riley sat at her desk, anxiously awaiting a friend request from Tommy. Wait, weren't there other people in the vc, does that mean she has to talk to more people? Ding! She quickly accepted the friend request and he sent a discord invite to a server labeled "Sleepy Bois Inc." and she swallowed harshly. Okay. Just click- done. Now scroll down to vc 2-

"Hello!" Riley froze for a moment but replied in the same tone. "Hi!" It wasn't Tommy, it was Tubbo. The name lit up in discord."I'm Riley, uh.. Wilbur's met me before." Tommy laughed and Wilbur's icon lit up as he spoke. "When?" "Oh, I was the girl from earlier today, Tommy gave me his number." Wilbur burst into laughter, along with Tubbo. Tommy groaned at her introduction, he messaged her privately.

The boy sputtered for a moment, forgetting he was on a call. "wHAt?" Riley tried not to laugh, but it was bubbling in her chest. "What happened?" Tubbo asked, clearly confused. "I quote, 'Two pretty friends-'" Riley started giggling, which dissolved into full cackles as he continued. '-they might flirt in a vc.' WHAT?" Riley tried to calm down, but he kept making it worse. "How do I respond to this?!" Wilbur chuckled and he typed something very loudly, which Tubbo responded to with mock typing. "I can do that too!" Tommy sighed loudly and typed back to Wilbur, leaving Tubbo and Riley out of the loop. "I guess we aren't gonna flirt. He's just messaging an actual adult." Tubbo laughed quietly, then started messaging her, just to spite the other two.

"Riley, I know I've already said this, but you're really pretty. Like, immensely." Tommy said randomly, causing Riley to become flustered. She keyboard smashed to Tubbo, who started laughing loudly. "Uh– um thank you Tommy." Her voice was muffled, due to the fact she was covering her face.

Tommy 3rd Person POV

"WAIT DOES THAT MEAN I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO HASN'T SEEN YOUR FACE?" Tubbo exclaimed after a few moments, and that dawned on Riley. "Yeah. Oh man you're out of the loop again!" She inhaled quickly and clicked the camera button, showing the boys her face. Which had slightly messed up eyeliner, and hair that she just clawed through quickly. "Oh, oh I look awful, hold on." She stood up quickly and dropped her headphones, leaving the three boys in silence. "Wh- what just happened?" Tubbo finally broke the silence as they watched her brush through her hair rather roughly. "I think she showed us her face, Tubbo." Wilbur replied, now realizing why Tommy was so silent. "Tommy, are you simping?"

"..God I might be."

"Hey idiots! Do I look more presentable now?" Tubbo said something, but he didn't hear it. His focus was completely on the girl on his screen, yeah he'd seen her before but it was brief. Her hair was completely white, she looked really pale in the lighting though. Soft blush dusted across her face, he smiled. "I still stand by what I said." Her face went a brighter red and she looked down at the floor. "Awe Riley's embarrassed!" Wilbur cooed and she bit her lip looking back up. Tommy blushed, that was a look he never expected to be attracted to. "Anyway." Tommy quickly screenshotted the call as she turned off her camera and laughed. "I wasn't gonna keep my camera on if everyone kept theirs off!"
