beomgyu and jake are just sitting on their chairs in the classroom waiting for the professor to come like the others are, until jake asked something
"beomgyu, who's that guy?" he said while pointing at heeseung who was standing near the door with his friends
"ohooo! already in lovee~" gyu said while looking at jake
"no- i just keep on bumping into him, first in the canteen and second near the lockers, I just wanted to know why he is so quite"
"ok ok, he's name is heeseung, lee heeseung"
"actually I know that" jake said a bit embarrassed
"damn, it looks like you already have much information" he said while laughing
"yahh! i just heard the cashier saying his name, nothing else" jake said with a pleasing face
"fine fine, so he is that particular guy who is their in every high school drama" gyu said
"what-" jake asked
"idiot! I mean- you know like he is handsome, calm, quite, and someone who everyone likes-"
"ahh ok ok" jake said while giggling at the frustrated gyu
they talked until the professor came, beomgyu just got to know that jake already knows his friends [niki,sunoo,jungwon]

jake is going home after he finished all the lectures, tbh he is just so tired.
on the way he saw a café where outside it was written - "in need of more workers"
he thought to himself that it will be good to work in a café right? he wanted to try it out, so he just went in the café and asked about it.
he talked with the manager for a bit
"you can join from tomorrow onwards" the manager said with a smile
"thank you, sir"
jake was happy that he already got a part time job, which for him is evening to night so that he can complete his lectures then go home take some rest and come to the café at 5 and work till 10.

jake reached the café, and was on his way to the storeroom to change until he saw his friend
"sunoo?" jake said
sunoo looked at him, "jake? wait- JAKE?"
"yo bro calm down, did you see a dead body or something" co-worker said
"sorry.." sunoo said bowing
jake chuckled at him, "no need to be shocked, I just joined here today"
"ahh so you are the one manager told me to teach" sunoo said while understanding things
"yup"
"finally I won't get bored here anymore! bestie you saved my life" sunoo said dramatically, eventually ended up laughing on himself with jake

"sunghoon!" heeseung rushed to hoon while calling his name
"ohh hyung? what's up?" sunghoon said while turning and looking at heeseung
"are you going to the café" hee asked
"right guess!" hoon said smiling
"i'm coming with you today"
"aii why tho?" he said wiggling his eyebrows
"i'm just bored, so instead of walking around it's better to find a new place right?"
"good thinking bro" sunghoon said with a agreeing face

it's already 8 o'clock, the customers are less than before now
heeseung and sunghoon just entered the café, and sat down
sunoo noticed them from afar, "jake, now its your turn"
"what?-"
"see, new customers go and treat them!" sunoo said pointing at them
"one of them is my friend, so don't worry! even if you mess up he will not get angry" sunoo continued with a assuring face
"okay okay, I will try" jake said but after seeing a guy who he met yesterday sitting their in front of him made him more nervous. and sunoo noticed it
"hyung, it's okay if you don-"
"no no i'll goo!"
jake straight away walked towards the guys
"what may i- i mean sir, what may I help you?" jake asked
sunghoon/heeseung looked at him
"ohh I would like sunoo" sunghoon said without hesitating
"ehh?" jake said in a total confusion
in the back sunoo can hear their talk because hoon is loud enough while saying it, "is he out of his mind-" sunoo whispered to himself, face palming.
"he means that...we need- uhh 2 pastries, yeah 2 pastries it is!" heeseung said to avoid being embarrassed
"ohh o-okay your order will be ready!" jake just ran of to the counter after saying that, here heeseung looked at hoon with a done face
"where was your head? where was your brain? what the actual fuck did you say? you made him confused hoon"
"i did? well i didn't know what i said actually.." sunghoon said followed by heeseung's sigh
meanwhile with jake "sunoo! how was i? I didn't mess up right?"
"ofcourse you didn't jake! you were just perfect, it's just that the customers weren't perfect" sunoo said the last sentence while trying not the smile
"you know that guy was asking about you" jake said while pointing at hoon
"I know hyung, I heard him" sunoo said smiling anyways
"idk I feel like something is going on between you too" jake said smirking
"yahh shut up!"
jake chuckled at him
the 2 boys were waiting for their pastries until heeseung's eyes fell on to the working jake, at the moment jake looks so beautiful, he couldn't look away
unconsciously he asked, "who's that guy, sunghoon?" while still looking at jake
sunghoon looked at heeseung with confusion, "who?" soon he followed where the other was staring
"i think I know him- but also I don't, sunoo told me who he is but I forgot"
suddenly he remembered, "wait i know, his name starts from j, uhh what was it, ahh ye! it is jake, jake shim! the new guy"
"jake sim? beautiful name"
