Having a crush on a flirt is a very bad idea. Like when they flirt with you. You start to believe they like you but then you realize they treat all the girls the same. My crush was Luis. I mean can you blame me he is real fine. He also has a nice voice. I wouldn't say I'm friends with him more like acquaintances. Like I talk to him but I don't "talk to him". Whatever it doesn't really matter I should be focusing on school work.

I was heading down to the library to return books about the math we are doing in class. I ended up reading none of them but it's not like I'm failing math so it should be fine. As I was walking to a aisle to grab new books I'll probably not finish I saw him out the corner of my eye. He began walking towards me leaving a kid in a green sweater pouting. "What are you doing." He says almost right next to my ear. "Just yknow." What kind of response is that. Ugh pull your self together." So is it true?" He says lean down towards me." Is what true?" I say getting increasingly nervous." Well I heard you liked me." He says smiling. I'm so dead. If I fake pass out and blame it on my iron will I get out of this." Ok seems like you don't have a response rn so tell me later." He puts a peice of paper in my hand. I ditch the book I was looking at and go straight to my dorm. Once I unravel the piece of paper I see there's a number I see there's a number on it. I argue with my self about calling it until I just do it. The phone didn't ring that long until I heard his voice. "Hey you finally called do you have a response yet. Nvm mind can you meet me at the mall at 5 on Saturday?" "Ya sure." Is all I got out. He started asking me questions about my life. And I got comfortable enough to start asking him questions. He was always interesting to talk to. After I got off I realized he gave me his phone number and asked me out on a date. Omg I have a date with Luis freaking mendoza. I realized I had to go to sleep because it was a school night.

The next day I was walking to music when I saw Luis he smiled at me and I smiled at him. After I passed him his friend started teasing him about something. At lunch a girl from his hockey team I think named Julie waved me over." So your y/n." "Uh ya." "You should sit with us." "Sure" I sat next to Julie and another girl I came to know as Connie. They talked to me the whole time. Even when Luis sat down he couldn't get a word in. After lunch Luis walked with me to math a class we both shared. The teacher did a lot of talking and then released us to figure it out our selves. "Do you you understand this." He asked me. "No clue." I look back at him. "I thought you were good at math." "Why is that?" "Because your really quiet." "Well you are wrong." We didn't get much math done that day. After math we got to go to our dorms because that was our last class. He was walking me to my dorm when he randomly stopped. "You know I like you right." "Now I do." "Good now I need to know if it's true you like me." "It's true." I was feeling very bold.

I decided to do a simple puff with my hair. Can't go wrong with a puff. He picks me up at my dorm. We spend most of our time at the mall just looking. I did see a really cute top but it was to expensive to justify buying.

The date ended when he was reminded he needed to do his homework. He walked me back to my dorm and kissed my forehead. My face stared to heat up after he left.
On Monday a package arrived. Which was weird because I was expecting anything. When I opened it I realized it was the top I wanted. I didn't realize he saw me looking at it. I'll have to remember to thank him later.
