They both left for there respective work but it was like they had left each other assence with each  other

Sitting in the car driving a dreamy smile on his lips as he remember her beautiful face so close to him

Teju's happiness was over the top she couldn't stop smiling she was blushing as his words played in her ear again his discription of her in the peak traffic

Reaching hospital she tried composing herself but a big smile was there on her face she was being chirpy with pateints and they were also liking it

Karan was smiling and cracking jokes in his office making his manager shock even after the news they wanted has been aired on other channel his boss didn't get angry but just ask him to  prepare something else he was in shock

Teju was in conference with other senior officer's for a case after important discussion he was repeating for interns Sitting idle his thoughts come in her mind and she smiled

" Kiya bat hy ajj you are literally glowing in happiness " Her senior doctor teased her

She tried to compose herself feeling a lil embrassment " You shouldn't be shy is age mein hi you can enjoy this phase its good to see you so happy " her senior said with geniune feelings and teju smile at her

It was evening

Teju was sitting in her cabin seeing a file but couldn't concentrate as he hadn't messaged anything since morning maybe he is damn busy should she call him but she will look desperate then ya she knew he likes her but he had said indirectly the moments they had were precious but they are not a official couple yet

Does she have rights on him or not obviously she have he also shown his right by just telling her that they will go party together she can call him

Thinking all this she dailed his number but before he could picked up a nurse rushed in her cabin

Mam emergency mrs mehra ward " Nurse said breathing heavily and teju immediately took her things and he picked it up " Hello " " Sorry Can't talk emergency "

She said hurriedly moving out of cabin

Karan was busy in his meeting and his phone was in his cabin

Completing the meeting he move to his cabin and opening the door he hear his phone ringing his special ringtone just for her he immediately rush to pick it but before he could say more than hello her voice was heard the panic in her voice was clearly visible he felt worried

She hadn't informed him about any important surgery it almost her time to come back she will be tired So he immediately called his driver and ask him to reach her hospital and wait for her then safely drop her home

Teju enter the ward rushed in to see the senior doctor treating her and she immediately ask the nurse to get the ot ready but before the nurse could move she saw her heartbeats turning in a straight line the monitor stops beeping and the doctor covering the face of the lady

She was rooted on her spot the lady was her patient her patient lost her life

The senior doctor come to her " Don't be guilty her body was weak and we all thought she won't survive the first attack but she did due to your treatment she lived few more days we all know second attack is more critical and her condition was not that good you go to your house your shift is over i will tell the family " the doctor patted her shoulder and move out

She just stands there seeing the nurse removing all machines from the body

She slowly move out and saw the patients grand daughter crying and she felt more sad

She walk to her Cabin.

Cleaning her things she move out and saw the driver she knew who did this but that also was not enough to make her smile

The whole ride she just kept quite she just couldn't remove the images of the lifeless face of the lady she saw so lively few hours back

Reaching house she just moved to her room saying she don't want to eat

Having a bath and changing in her night suit she tried to change her mind by thinking what she should wear tommorow but nothing make her felt good

Getting tired of it she move out of the house and sat in the chill air of garden the garden was having small decoration lights in corners as it was wedding house

She just sat there staring in space lost

After a while she felt him sitting beside her just by his presence she knew its him

" Ajj ye titli itni ghum sum kesy " he asked

" kuch nii "

" Waise mera tou faida hy that you are not hurting my ears by talking but kiya hy na ab adat si hogayi hy " he said teasingly to which she just roll her eyes

" Ok i understand you are in mood to joke but still kuch tou bolo " he tried again nudging her shoulder

" Why Can't a doctor save every patient that comes to them for aid " She said suddenly with slight tears in her eyes

" Teju " he immediately hold her shoulder and said softly

She made a cute crying face and hugged him sobbing making him shock he just rub her eyes

" Baby bolegi nii tou how will i help " karan said

He tried breaking the hug but she held him tight resting on her chest he lean a little

" A week back a lady come she was aged saying she is trouble in breathing she was my patient she got her first heart attack but she survived due to treatment she was admitted and we were montering her heart every day i saw her laughing and her granddaughter coming and talking to her hours today she got second attack and she deid i felt shaken it was sudden she was okay few hours back her granddaughter crying i just couldn't move past this "

" Teju you know na everyone has to left one day but why are you seeing it this way that due to you guys treatment you give the granddaughter so many precious moment to cherish for whole life and the lady seven more days to live huh its okay to felt sad but you can't take it on you baby " he said softly creasing her hair

She nodded and sit up

" Thanks "

" No need i m there for you always"  He said and pick up the plate from his back making a morsel he forward her to ear " abb mun kholo" he said and she opeh her mouth

" You had your dinner ? "

" No i just come to see you at house and aunty told me you are not okay so i move to my house to change and come to you  move give me food as its your favourite and you will like it "

She move forward and make morsel making him eat and theh they eat from the same plate sitting beneath the starry night sky

After eating they move to there respective houses wishing each other good night
