Girls Und Panzer: An Oral History of the Zombie War

Introduction

This fanfiction will be a little different from the other Girls un Panzer fanfic out there. As this fanfiction will tell the story of a zombie apocalypse or more precisely, a zombie war in the Girls und Panzer universe.

This story will be told from the point of view of an unnamed journalist, his dialog will be written in bold letter. He will conduct a series interview with the characters of Girls und Panzer of their story during the zombie war. This story format was inspired by Max Brooks book called World War Z.

Now in world war Z, it is revealed that during the zombie war, the surviving Japanese goverment, military and civilian population abondoned Japan for Kamchatka peninsula, Russia because the Japanese home island was getting overrun by the zombie horde.

From there, it is unclear how many Japanese manage to flee the home island or how the Japanese manage to reclaimed their home as it was never explain. The only thing we know is that in the end the Japanese manage to reclaimed their home island from the undead, but the author never explicitly explain how.

This is what i wanna cover in this story, the evacuation of japan, how they manage to survive in Kamchatka and how they succeded in their campaign of reclaiming their home island from the perspective of the Girls und Panzer characters.

In a nutshell, this is a crossover between World war z book and Girls und Panzer.

I'll be taking a few creative liberties in this story to make it somewhat make sense in this universe.

(Note1:The zombie apocalyspe will start one year after the events of Das Finale. So some of the characters have graduate high school.)

(Note2: The zombies in world war z book is very similar to those in the walking dead tv show. They're slow and can only be killed when their brains are destroyed.)
