Let the love story begin . . .

"No joke to' kala ko talaga walang math sa tourism." Sabi ko sa kaibigan ko habang naglalakad kami palabas ng campus

All of the sudden the ground began to shake and rocks started falling down into our heads due to the earthquake which is causing the campus walls shake so hard, As we all thought that it ended the ground began to shake again,

this time we fell into the ground as other people were doing the drop, cover, hold method, and some were running away while we were frozen not knowing what is happening

"Tumayo kana! Bawal tayo mag stay dito bilis!" Sabi ni queenie habang binigay nya ang kamay nya para hawakan ko

Kinuha ko ang kamay ni queenie at kami'y tumatakbo sa exit ng campus.

Hinabol ko si queenie at sa hindi inaasahan na dapa ako, sa isang bato. putangina! Tinignan ko ang paa ko at nakita ito'y nagdudugo ang at may bruises sa knee

I tried to get up pero hindi ako makatayo. Tinignan ko sang direction pumunta si queenie at hindi ko na sya makita due to she's so far ahead, so there was no use for me calling her just to help me and putting her in danger.

Tinignan ko ang paligid at wala na kahit isa isang tao.. or wala na ba talaga?

I looked at my knee and made a knot with my handkerchief around the bleeding bruise so it'll stop bleeding and bleeding as the ground began to shake even more.

I looked at the opposite direction where queenie went and there was a guy coming over.. to me.

"Hey!! Are you okay are you hurt?" The guy said as he looked at my bruise and looked me in the eyes again as the ground shaked even more "its not safe here, we need to go" the guy said as he took my bag and put it in his shoulder,

he put my bag in his shoulder as he looked over me and put his left hand under my knee and his right hand on my shoulders and carried me like i was some piece of air

"pucha ganon ba 'ko kagaan..?" Sabi ko sa sarili ko habang nakatingin sakanya.

Looking at him, I can't help but admire him, yung matangos nyang ilong.. his ocean eyes.. and his soft red lips.. his..-

We made it out.

The guy put me down in a chair as he gave me water to calm down and suddenly my phone had an alarm about the earthquake.

"How are you feeling?" The guy said as he was crouched down and looked at me with his ocean eyes

"Im.. im okay naman.. thank you, if hindi dahil sayo I don't know what could've happen sakin.." i said as i looked at him in consideration "thank you." Pinahabol ko.

He smiled.

"Your welcome, do you have anyone we can call to pick you up?" He said as he took his phone off his trousers.

"Yes please, if you can.. we can contact 09*********" i said as he put the numbers on call. "Who are we calling?" Pinahabol nya habang nag riring ung phone sa tabi ng tenga nya.

"Its my friend" i said as i look around and realize everything is messed up due to the earthquake.

"Ahh, okay alright, hindi sya nag pi-pick up.. I'll just send her message instead." He said as he nodded and messaged her instead

He was about to send a message but he looked at me and told me "what is your name?"

"My name is Kathryn, What about you?" I said softly with a smile on the face

"Ah, nice name.. im arthur, nice to meet you kathryn." He said as he smiled and continued typing something his phone.

"There, i texted her and she said she'll be here any minute now." He said as he let me look at the message.

"Thank you talaga, I can't thank you enough for the help you gave." Sinabi ko as i smiled and he smiled back

"Your always welcome, please next time look where your going so you wont trip again and die due to a rock."
He said as he chuckled

"Okayokay.. ewan ko kung kukuhain ko yan as a compliment or a insult but sge. wait nga! bakit naiintindihan mo'ko pero di ka nag tatagalog?" Sinabi ko as i raied my eye brows and tilted my head a bit.

"Well-" before pa mag salita si arthur na stop sya due sa sigaw..

"Kathryn!!!" Sinigaw ni queenie habang nalalaglag ang mga luha nya sa kanyang mga mata habang tumatakbo pa-punta samin.

Before pa maka punta si queenie sa'kin ay tumayo na si arthur sakanyang mga binti at kinuha ang kanyang bag.

Umalis na si arthur at parang narinig ko sya magsabi ng

"Mag i-ingat ka."

Sinabi nya habang papalayo sya ng papalayo habang si queenie ay papalapit na ng palapit.

He left just like that.
