Circle 3: Revels
Once we landed, Tony gave me a tour of the tower and showed me my room. My room was quite bland, and I still had the Hellhound. By the time I settled in, it was midnight, and I walked to the kitchen where Thor was having a snack. "Ah, Midgardian! Why are you up this time of night?" Thor asked, "I don't really sleep in Hell because it's never night. So, it's weird that I can actually sleep...you?" "Hungry. You want some?".
I took the small, squishy food and ate it. "What is this?" I asked, "Gummies, delicious aren't they?". I smiled, "Yeah these are good." I replied, taking another one. I hear whimpering and look down to see the baby Hellhound. I pick it up and it ran on the table to Thor's hand, licking it.
"Looks like he likes you" I smile and pick him up again. "I must get back to my room", "Will you be at the party?" Thor asked, "Sure. I'm definitely not going back to Hell until I've had my fun".
I look at the light shining through the blinds. I've never slept so good before. Today was the day of the party. I've stayed here for several days. I hear a knock on the door as Steve walks in, "Hey, party's today and Nat wants to take you somewhere" Steve said.
"Sleep!" I groan, Nat drags me out of bed. "Get your ass up soldier." Natasha said.
At the mall we picked out dresses for the party. "How about this one?" Natasha pulled out a dress. "Sure" I said, "Look, try this on or no party". I get up and take the dress. "Wow! That dress looks great on you!" Nat said. "Thanks, I guess.
I look at the dress in the mirror, having second thoughts. I looked like Lilith, Adam's first wife. The dress was black and short like a skirt. Lilith had this same outfit on before. I put on my black high heels and my jacket before leaving.

I look around the room as Nat pushed me in. I don't like dresses. I walk up to Thor and Tony, "Well, you know, the suit can take the weight, right? So, I take the tank, fly it right up to the General's palace, drop it at his feet, I'm like, "Boom! You are looking for this?". Stark and Thor just look at him blankly, "Boom! Are you looking...", the man looks disappointed, "Why do I even talk to you guys? Everywhere else that story kills". I fold my arms, "That's the whole story?" Thor asked, "Yeah, it's a War Machine story". "I can make up a better story, like how I fought in World War II" I said. Stark looks at me, "Really?" "No, didn't I say make up, Stark?".
"Well, it's very good then. It's impressive." Thor laughs, "Midgardian this is James. James this is Midgardian". "Is that your actually name or does he just call you that?" James asked, "He just calls me that. I'm Amaris. Nice to meet you".
"Quality save. So, no Pepper? She's not coming?" James asked, "No" Stark replied. "Hey, what about Jane? Where are the ladies, gentlemen?" Maria asked, I sarcastically cough. "Other than you of course...", "Well, Miss Potts has a company to run." "Yes, I'm not even sure what country Jane's in. Her work on the convergence has made her the world's foremost astronomer." Thor replied.
"And the company that Pepper runs is the largest tech conglomerate on earth. It's pretty exciting." Stark said, "There's even talk of Jane getting a... um, uh... Nobel prize." Thor stuttered. "Yeah, they...they must be busy because they'd hate missing you guys get together." Maria mocks a cough, "Testosterone! Oh, excuse me".
"But Jane's better" Thor said, I look at both, Stark and Thor. "Okay, sorry" "Yeah".
I walk over to the bar to have a drink. I talk to Natasha who is pouring a drink behind the bar when Banner walks up to her. "How'd a nice girl like you wind up working in a dump like this?" Bruce asked, "Fella done me wrong" Natasha said, "You got a lousy taste in men, kid." Banner spoke.
