~Monday~

Wow. I can't believe what happened last Friday, I was locked. Inside of school. With Cole. Cole f*cking Ryder.
It was Monday already, not much had happened in the weekend, I watched some Netflix and studied. That's it. I haven't talked things through with my father yet though, about how rude I was to him... maybe I'll talk to him about it tonight.

I got up and did the usual, dress up, eat and go to school.

I was on my way to class and then thought...~Shit. I totally forgot Cole's daily coffee.~
I ran out of school but then John stopped me and pushed me against the lockers with an arm against the lockers and the other arm around my waist.

"Why are you in such a rush, babe?" John said

"Uh nothing honestly, just felt like running."

"I know ur lying. Tell me the truth."

"Okay, okay. I'm getting a Cappuccino from Starbucks."

"Ems, you don't even drink coffee, you told me you hated it?"

"Well. You see, peoples taste changes."

"Okay, I guess. I'm heading to class. Cya babe." He kissed me goodbye

I guess not bringing Cole a Cappuccino couldn't be that bad?...let's see.." I went to class and sat at my casual spot but this time Liv sat next to me, not Cole. I don't give a sh*t I hated that dude anyways. So me and Liv just started talking but- I wasn't gonna tell her about what happened last Friday because she'd be worried as f*ck.

"Hello." It was Cole, oh no.

"So, my seats taken. And u didn't buy me my coffee?" He said, sh*t Liv can't know I made a promise with HIM. The "dangerous" guy.

So I answered:"1st of all, this isn't ur seat and 2nd of all, what coffee? C'mon Liv let's sit somewhere else, away from that creep."

"Sure" she said
But Cole didn't care that she was there. He wanted his coffee.

"Blanche, u still have 5 minutes left before the bell rings. Get. My. Coffee." He demanded

"Okay.." I said awkwardly knowing Liv was right besides me. So I ran to the Starbucks. Bought a Cappuccino and ran back. 30 seconds before the bell rang. Lucky me.

"Hey, dickhead. Here's ur Cappuccino. Happy now?" He nodded and sat elsewhere, f*cking weirdo
But John was sitting in the classroom on the other side of the hallway, he saw me. He saw me handing the coffee to Cole. He saw me talking to him. And John hated Cole, they had a bad relation with eachother since they were young.

"What was that all about?" Liv asked

"Oh well. I don't know honestly. He wanted me to get him a Cappuccino so I did, I mean...he'd beat me up otherwise wouldn't he?"

"Yeah, right. He's aggressive as f-" the teacher walked in the classroom

"Liv DuPont and Emery Blanche! My class has started so stop talking."
Cole laughed. He liked seeing people get punished. Or annoyed. Or hurt. Crazy guy. So I just rolled my eyes at him.

After class I walked trough the hallways, I was heading outside until.

"Hey! Emery, wait for me!" It was John, gosh couldn't he just shut up for 2 minutes.

"Hi John." I said

I continued:"Did you know you don't always have to chase after me?"

"Well- actually did you know you don't always have to lie to me?"

"What do u mean by that?"

"U lied this morning."

"?"

"U told me that u got the coffee because "ur taste changed" but I know that that's not the actual reason."

"Then what is?" I asked him

"You bought it for Ryder." He had a confused and jealous look on his face.

"Now why would I do that?"

"I don't know. Maybe he forced you to. Since he's got anger issues, he could get quite aggressive."

"John. No, he doesn't get aggressive. He's...kind of alright, look I talked to him and he just wanted a Starbucks Cappuccino. End of story."
I walked outside. Away from John, he gets on my nerves sometimes.

For lunch I sat next to Liv and Makayla. We talked about the new b*tch and about John and stuff pretty boring. But actually, not that boring. Let me tell you why. Cole was going to the vending machine but there was another kid standing there already so he decided to knock him out. Just like that.

The day passed quickly. I hope John doesn't suspect anything weird of me and Cole...there's nothing weird tho. We've only got detention together.

~Tuesday~

The teacher of Biology told us there was a teamwork project coming up so he had to make groups of 2. Oh and today I also didn't forget to bring Cole's daily Cappuccino.

"Okay! Let's make the groups now. U guys have to partner up with somebody, not just somebody. I will be deciding who I'm going to combine together as partners."

"1st up Liv and Makayla"
"2nd Ashley and Brad"
"3rd Alex and Sarah"
"4th Emery and Cole"
Shit. I knew it. Why always me and him?

"Now, these are the groups. I hope you all are satisfied, the project is due to next week and now you may go home!"

Finally, schools done for today. Cole better do his best for the project or I'll kill him!
I will not let him ruin my grades. And...I almost forgot. I still had to talk to my father about what had happened that night.

I went home with Rose and went to my fathers office.

*knocks*
"Come in."

"H-hello father."

"Hi Ems."

"I just wanted to apologise about last Friday. I was kinda harsh on you. I shouldn't have yelled at you like tha-"
He came to me and gave me a huge hug. Wow. He forgave me this quick.

"Honey, it's alright. That happens sometimes, it also happens to me but... I still want to know what happened that might, why u were home so late."

"Sooo you probably know I have detention every Friday for a month."

"You- WHAT? Detention!?"

"So The principal didn't call you? Oh."

I continued:" so basically I went to detention and me and Cole thought the door was locked so we just stayed in there until like 10p.m. but then we found out the door wasn't locked so we got out of there and he brought me home."

"Who is Cole?"

"Uhm, a friend?"

"Okay.. make sure to thank him again. Im going to bed now honey. Goodnight, love you."

"Sleepwel father, love you too."
