Prologue

(Anubis's POV)
I waited patiently for my wife to give birth to our children Horus greeted me "how's BlueStar?" "Your sister is fine Horus just waiting to see our children being brought into this peaceful world" he nodded understanding what is happening at the moment when my wife started screaming "speaking of which seems as the kids want out" I went to see my wife as her screams stopped I heard the soft crying of our little ones "they look like us" our daughter sneezed her ear twitching slightly as she slept peacefully with her brother "they've been feed" "our children are going to be fighters like us" I gazed at my children lovingly as they napped in the cool temperature of January I placed the crowns on their heads
(BlueStar's POV)
I let my husband hold the twins as I changed back into my royal attire letting one of the servants clean the robe I took the twins as my husband sat on his throne as I sat on mine as our trusted Generals went over plans to defend our people from the earth snake and it's influence "we must put up a protective barrier around the kingdom, the neighbouring towns and communities we must travel buy the Nile or in a group on camels" my husband nodded as the generals left "why does that serpent drag so many innocent people away from their livelihoods" "we will never know my love until it's dead or vanquished our people must tread carefully especially out in the desert" I reassured him with a reassuring smile he smiled back at me pecking me on the forehead he went to stand outside to announce the birth of our children to our people I followed him outside keeping the children warm from the slight chilly wind as everyone gathered
(Anubis's POV)
I announced to my people about the birth of my children everyone cheered in joy at the news of their prince and princess a festival in my children's honour went off as I turned to my wife her smiled brightening as our children watched with their eyes open as fireworks lit up the sky "they obviously like them" I smiled at them as another lit up
(Jango's POV)
I carried my children riding my camel with a posse behind me as we headed towards the hidden oasis to build a small community my youngest Hunter slept through the journey the oasis had a river that tore off from the Nile big enough to let ships in we arrived I told my group to begin building as a small protective barrier surrounded the soon to be community they finished at nightfall as a dark fog began coming our way we set up protective charms in case the barrier had been destroyed I placed my children on the bed as I let sleep take hold
