Let's get started shall we reader? Alright Chapter one. There Shoto sat on the couch in the living room scrolling through twitter. It was quiet in the house, it was always quiet in the house at this time of day. The reason for why was unknown to Shoto. If Shoto wanted to know he would have to ask his bestfriend who was also his roommate why.

Shoto didn't mind the silence that much. What did bother Shoto though was that the silence was short lived. Mysta the bestfriend came running out if his room yelling and everything. Mysta had already met his soulmate. Even if Mysta already met his soulmate they were roommates and spent more time together compared to Mysta and his soulmate. Mysta was yelling and freaking out.

After Mysta was done yelling Shoto asked one question. "Why are you yelling and freaking out?". Some more yelling was followed after that but finally Mysta had said it. Mysta's lover wanted him to move with them. Mysta wasn't one to deny his lover of anything. It was clear that Mysta didn't want to leave Shoto.

Shoto couldn't help but feel just the tiniest bit of jealousy. Shoto would give anything to meet his soulmate. Shoto told Mysta to do it. He would be fine all on his own. After all Shoto had lived alone for most of his life. Since Shoto and Msyta lived in a small house so by the next day Mysta was gone.

Shoto woke up to different shades of grey, whites and black. This was what Shoto woke up to every single morning. Shoto knew that he didn't need any colors to see the difference between day and night. Shoto had grown up seeing different shades of gray so this wasn't a shock to him. However Shoto still felt sad.
Shoto decided not to dwell on it anymore, maybe tomorrow would bring some color. Maybe this time things will change. Shoto got up from the couch and went to the kitchen to start breakfast for himself. Shoto didn't really cook but he could make pancakes. That sounded good right?

Well the universe didn't want Shoto to eat pancakes because there was no pancake mix. In fact there was nothing for a proper breakfast so what did Shoto do? Shoto didn't do anything... at first. As much as Shoto hated the thought but he had to go to the store.

Shoto grabbed his wallet and house keys and walked out the door. The store wasn't far. It was a good ten minutes walking from Shotos house so it wouldn't take long. It would be a quick there and back trip. It would take about twenty-five minutes there and back with the added time of having to grab everything Shoto needed. By this point you would assume something would go wrong, right reader? Well your wrong it was just a normal trip to the store.

There is no guarantee that everything you buy would be what you need anyway so who's counting? Anyway, it was easy for Shoto to pick out some essentials while shopping. Like groceries, cereal, ramen, milk, eggs, and other basic food items.

While Shoto was on his way back he saw this little cafe. It had to be new since Shoto hadn't seen it the last time he went to buy groceries. yet the last time Shoto had gone out for groceries was a few months ago. Shoto swore he saw at least a little color radiating from the cafe. This wasn't the first time this had happened to Shoto. It happened a few years back when Shoto swore he saw the tiniest but of color while he was at a fair with Mysta. Mysta thought Shoto was just going crazy.

Shoto made a mental note to ask Mysta if he wanted to go to the cafe with him. Shoto wanted to go check it out for this reason but didn't want to go alone. Who would want to go to a cafe for the first time without your bestfriend right reader?

It depends on the person if you really think about reader. I'll continue reading the story now.

When Shoto made it home before he could eat Shoto had to put everything he bought away. Shoto sighed in disappointment because it would delay his breakfast even more than it already has. When Shoto finished putting away everything his stomach grumbled. It's been almost an hour since breakfast so he figured he had enough time to prepare some breakfast for himself. Shoto made his way to the kitchen to start making some breakfast.

Shoto decided to make scrambled eggs which is pretty easy. All Shoto had to do is fry up two eggs, some bacon, and make the sauce. It's easier said than done though. The pan wasn't very big so the amount of eggs and bacon Shoto made wouldn't make sense unless Shoto used an eggbeater. Which he didn't. He ended up mixing the ingredients until it looked good. The cooking process itself took longer than Shoto expected due to the lack of an eggbeater.
By this time Shoto had finished preparing breakfast but he wasn't sure how he was supposed to eat it. Shoto ate the scrambled eggs on his plate while sitting on the counter. The table in the kitchen wasn't big either but Shoto liked it better this way. Shoto was trying to remember the name of the cafe.

Shoto sat there for a few minutes than it finally hit him. Akuma Cafe.

Well reader sorry to disappoint but that's all the time we have for today. We can pick this up next time.
