Epilogue-Leaving Camp Crystal Lake

The Sheriff was coming. 

He was concerned that Jason Voorhees was around, again. 

The Prince song 'When doves cry', was on the radio. 

I saw the movie 'Purple rain', at the theater. 

It was moving, and dramatic.

We left Camp Crystal Lake. 

It was a short stay. 

But we didn't want to die. 

The camp was cursed.

By 9:00 PM, on Friday, June 13, 1984, the camp was still; silent.

Home was two hours' away. 

Mom and Dad knew the risks.

Anna and I, as well as our friends, were alive. 

Except for Jane.

She died from blood loss. 

We mourned her death; we were her friends.

Her Mom was crying; her Dad was dead too from cancer four years' ago.

In all, we survived Camp Blood---and that was all that mattered to me.
