Max was having a dream about dinosaurs, until a meteor showed up causing him to fall out of the bed which woke him up from his dream. "Ngh, how'd that happen?" He muttered sitting up and rubbing his head as he stood up. "Guess I fell asleep..." He muttered to himself and got back into his bed, looking at his dinosaur book and reading off of where he had left off at.

"And then giant meteor crashed into earth causing all dinosaurs to become extinct." He turned to the next page of the book before he looked out the window seeing something bright fall from the sky. "What's that?" he said quietly as the bright light was moving at a rather fast pace.

"Maybe it's a meteor!" He yelled to himself looking at it, leaning forward only to fall out of his bed once again. Quickly, he got up and ran out to his balcony seeing the bright light fly past him and towards the forest. A surprised expression was left on his face from this. Max ran to the twins' room yelling but not loud enough to wake his parents up.

"Hey Rex, Jess! Wake up! You won't believe it!" He yelled waking both of the twins up.

"Huh? What's going on?" Rex questioned sleepily as he had just been woken up, Max looked at him.

"Whats with the yelling..?" Jess groaned, as she sat up to look at her brother and friend, rubbing at her eye tiredly.

"You gotta get up! I think I just saw a meteor!"

"A what?" Rex said in confusion, as he sat up on his bed.

"You better not be lying Max otherwise I'll make your day miserable for waking us up." Jess threatened the brunette as Rex glanced at her nervously.

"I have to go call Zoe, she'll flip out!" Max yelled completely ignoring the threat that was made towards him as he ran out of the room, leaving Rex to sigh and get out of his bed.

"This better be good." He grumbled, walking out of the room with Jess following him after they took turns to get changed.

"If not, both Zoe and I are going to enjoy ruining his day." She murmured.

Soon, the final member of the D-Team, Zoe, was walking with Rex, Max and Jess through the woods that had the so proclaimed meteor fall into.

Yawning, Zoe turned to look at Max tiredly. "You know I'm not a morning person." She grumbled.

Jess rubbed her eyes, looking at Zoe. "He completely ignored my threat as well-" She huffed, just as Max flashed a badge in front of the two girls faces.

"Come on, you remember what this stands for? D-Team, you guys took an oath!" Max said, before putting the badge away when Jess slapped his hand away from her and Zoe. "And the D-team is all about adventure, right?" Max asked.

"Yeah, unless that adventure starts before breakfast." Rex said, clearly not entertained about this whole deal, but Max just continued to lead the way.

"You'll all change your minds once we find the meteor." He stated boldly, while Rex turned to the girls.

"If there is a meteor." Jess huffed.

"Well, I hope we find it soon, because I'm hungry." Rex spoke, as Zoe nodded in agreement with Rex.

"I'm sorta hungry too, Max." Zoe added on. "It feels like we've been walking for a long time. And we've seen any.." Zoe cut herself off as she looked to the side and gasped, noticing some of the trees that appeared to be cut in half. "Look at that!" she said amazed, making the other three stop and look over.

"That's weird.. What do you think happened to all those trees?" Rex asked looking at the destroyed trees as one of the trees had an abnormally large hole in it.
