Chapter one

People come and go, accept it
-Venus bloom

My heart hurts but I still managed to get a little smile on my face, just to see my son.

I get out of the car and sigh, I was in front of our house. I bite my lip and walk up the stairs then stopped at the door. My hands were sweating and my heart was skipping beats, I finally knocked at the door and waited.

I knocked again and a familiar female voice yelled 'coming' my eyebrows rose as she opened the door. "V-venus" she whispers.

"Vanessa" I hugged her. Vanessa is like a sister to me, we met when we were 8 and never fought. "You woke up" she laughs Awkward then pulls away "yeah well" I was cut off by the male voice "love why are you taking so long"

Love?

"Vee," he asks as he saw me, I smiled. "Owen" I hugged him, but he didn't hug back. I pulled away looking at Owen's face, he was looking at Vanessa.
"Let's go inside" Owen suggest, we did

God, I missed him.

"Venus" Owen whispers "what"I asked him while frowning.
He took Vanesa's hand and kiss it, realisation hits me, hard, like a punch. "Look, Venus, it just happened"Vanessa spokes I looked at her "it just happened, "I ask, my voice cracking. "What the fuck Ness, I consider you my sister," I said

I expected him to have someone, but not my best friend.

"You were in a coma for 2 fucking years" Owen yells, I scoffed "Yeah two years, not 15"I exclaimed. His face turns red. "It's a lot for a man to wait for "Vanessa spokes I looked at her "don't you fucking get involved" she rolled her eyes.

I turned to look at Owen "where's my son"I asked looking around to see if he is there. "at Aarons"I frown "who"I asked "my cousin"I sigh "when will he come home"I ask, he looks at his feet.

"He isn't coming back" Vanessa spokes, I look at her "what, "I ask "Owen took him a while ago there" my blood was boiling "we just don't have enough space for our babies" she shrugs.  an angry scoff comes from my mouth.

"Fucking bitch" I said laughing then slap her hard on the face. "What the fuck Vee" Owen shouts "we aren't teens anymore Auburn, "I said using his last name. "Fucking grow up for once, "I said then left.

I went into my car and drove to get my son
-
I knocked on the door and waited, the door opened and a shirtless man came into my sight. "Can I help you with something?" he asks raising his eyebrows.

"Elijah is here," I ask "who's asking" I touched my head "his mother" his face softened. "You're Aaron right," I ask but didn't get an answer. "Can I come in" he opened the door wider and I went in.

"He's upstairs first room "he spokes, his voice deep. "Thank you," I said and went upstairs, as I opened the door I saw him. He looked like an angel, his brown hair falling on his forehead, I went to look at him closer. I moved the hair from his face and smile softly as tears slipped down my face.

"I see you went to Owen," the voice says, I hummed without turning to see him, I was looking at Elijah. "He knew you would wake up, he's a dick," he says. "When did he drop Elijah" I whisper
"Two weeks after the accident" that's when I looked at him.

He was with his hand around his hips "two weeks after" I asked he hummed "that means-" "that he was having an affair? yep" he finished for me. "Uncle Ron," the little voice asks.

Aaron came to the bed. "Look who's here," Aaron says touching Elijah's hair. Elijah looked at me and then smiled. "Mommy" he gaps, confusion filling me.

"You're back" he looked at Aaron, and I kissed his head. "I told you she would be back," Aaron says. I looked at him and he gave me an expression that say 'we will talk later

I'm honestly very sorry for not writing, I have a cold 😭💀
