The three girls arrive at the hotel. Robin is in another room on the phone with her mum.
ELLA:
Do you think Robin is OK?
AMBER:
I don't know, she's been on the phone with her mum for like half an hour now.
ELLA:
I know. Look, that's us! We're on the news?
AMBER:
Turn it up!
Ella turns up the T.V.
T.V:
Today at half five, we found a man lying outside a little pub. His name was David Zachary. We thought he was trying to find his daughter. He was stabbed five times in the chest with a sharp piece of a glass bottle. At first, we thought he was dead but when we came closer, we saw him gasping for air so we took him into intensive care. We told his wife, Helen Zachary, and she was in floods of tears. "I just didn't think that a place like this would have such angry people!" claimed Mrs. Zachary. Two men were arrested and put into custardy. They were claimed to be in the stabbing incident. One was a thirty-three-year-old man with a red mark on his face, and the other was a twenty-seven-year-old man. We figured out they had something to do with it.
ELLA:
Oh my god!
AMBER:
This is terrible!
Robin walks in all sad.
AMBER:
We heard what happened.
ELLA:
It was on the news.
ROBIN:
Yeah. But at least he's not dead.
ELLA:
Yeah.
Robin sits between Ella and Amber.
ELLA:
Shouldn't we visit him?
ROBIN:
Yeah, because that'll be fun. Seeing my dying dad suffer.
AMBER:
Guys... look at the T.V.
ELLA:
Why, are we on it again?
T.V REPORTER:
Suspects Ella, Amber, and Robin were around when this incident happened but when we came to interview them about it, they had vanished! If you see them, please call 072 5832 5215.
ROBIN:
What's going on?
ELLA:
We're suspects!
AMBER:
I can't believe it!
ROBIN:
Why?
ELLA:
I don't know.
AMBER:
Do you have an idea?
ELLA:
Neither of us knows!!
AMBER:
Um yeah...
ROBIN:
Amber, you sound suspicious...
AMBER:
What if I tell you something about it you didn't know?
ELLA:
You can trust us! we are your best friends!
AMBER:
Well, maybe I know more about the stabbing than I said...
ROBIN:
WHAT!!
AMBER:
When we were playing tag on the way to the pub, I saw someone enter with blood on their hands...
ELLA:
Who were they?
AMBER:
I didn't see it!
ROBIN:
We have to go to the police!
AMBER:
So they can arrest us all? No thanks.
ROBIN:
