Four weeks later

"Go" Will whispers to the bird. It flys away with a little white paper tied to its leg.

A knock came from the door, "Prince Will, The king summons you!" A servant shouted.

Will strided to the door and opened it. "Where's is he?" "He is currently ny the stables" Will nodded and walked off.

Once there he looks around, finally spotting the king by one of the horses, a black Destier, "My king," he says.

Matthew turns to him and smiles, "Will, it's good to see you, I havent seen you in a few days and was wondering how you were."

Well Will couldn't complain at that it was true. He was so busy helping Jack and his team that he had no time to spend his days with Matthew(fortunately).

Even during dinner he was already knocked out on his bed. Though its not like he was as excited for dinner now that the general was gone. The inperial cook took over and the food especially the meat didnt taste as good or the same.

"Yes it has, and I am doing well, how are you?" Will asked. Matthew smiled and replied "Im doing fine, though I have missed you dearly my dear."

Matthew walked up to Will and kissed him on the forehead, "Jack has told me how great of a help you were in a case he was working on, tell me how was it?"

Will gave him a quick but detailed enough explanation. Theyre currently investigating the kidnappings and deaths of several people, all of which have only two things in common, one they all had bad reputations and have committed several crimes from thievery to murder and rape, each and every victim was not innocent, which to be honest made it easier to handle the deaths from as they were almost all pieces of shit, and two they were each missing a part of their body, wethere it was a limb or an organ, sometimes a body will be missing both.

The team didnt know why they were missing such things they thought it was to collect trophies as a reminder, but soon I figured out that it wasn't that.

Whoever is doing this is eating them.

We were all distgusted by the revelation.

"That quiet unfortunate, I do hope you and Jack will be able to capture this person," Will nodded in agreement, "Jack has been very frustrated because of this case so fo try your bestc"

"Ofcourse your najesty"

Matthew then started to lead the horse outside, "I hope to see tonight for dinner then" Matthew dismissed.

Will quickly walked off towards the castle, once inside he started to walk towards the library.

Inside he skimmed threw the many books before he settles with one and sat by the window.

he next day Will was summoned ny Jack once again.

"Will thank you for coming I wanted to introduce you to someone" Jack says from behind his desk.

Jack was the only one who dared to talk to Will informally, which Will appreciated.

He then hears the door behind him open.

"Jack what is that you want?" A women said. Jack smiled at her and pointed towards Will, "this is the new addition to my team, Will Graham, I was unfortunately not able to contact you till now to introduce the two of you," Jack explains.

The women nods her head and turns towards Will with a smile, "Hello Mr Graham, I am Alana Bloom, the teams personal doctor though I sometimes help the royal doctors every now and then" Alana introduced herself.
