I have never been able to talk to someone for this long ever in my life. I mean seriously!! Me, Ivan Malhotra, talking for 2 hours with 1 person and not answering in hmms yaa and no! Wow, that's a first. I dislike interacting with Humans.

Oh, who am I kidding I despise human interaction!! They would beat around the bush, drag conversations, and gain immense pleasure from discussing other's lives. Chuhi was different. She was strong, bold, confident and unapologetic with her views. I enjoyed her company last night. We discussed the mission after I agreed to help her, and then we spent the remaining time introducing ourselves. It was weird how we worked in the same place for over 3 years and failed to get to know one another.

I got back to the apartment after she left for her day shift. I poured myself a cup of hot ginger tea and settled into my study. I switched on the laptop and took a sip of my coffee. Dr Mehta....during the pandemic...315 patients....Dubai...Mr.X....Chuhi's words started ringing in my head. I closed my eyes trying to piece things together the facts. I needed to hack Dr. Mehtas laptop for further investigation. Hacking it could possibly complete this puzzle of Mr. X

It was inevitable that I would have to hack Dr Mehta's computer regardless I deep breathed and opened my laptop thanks to my coding classes I knew how to do it. After three failed attempts, I realized that his system had multiple layers of protection. I slashed my hand on the desk in frustration.Sitting back, I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself when a sudden thought occurred. I quickly opened my laptop and began coding and after a short period of time, the screen displayed " Loading Information ".Knowing that I had succeeded, I smiled heartily as I looked at the screen on my laptop, thinking that I needed to gather more information and data regarding their upcoming plan.

The first thing I saw when I opened his files was that so many patients' organs had been smuggled around the world. When I found out that this smuggling also involved the organs of innocent kids, my blood boiled. I cannot believe that someone could be so heartless just for the sake of money. Doctors are supposed to save lives, but these bustards are killing innocent patients just to make money.While I was immersed in my thoughts, a message popped up. It was a message from an anonymous Mr X. "Now who is this Mr X?" I pondered to myself as I opened up the chat window.The message read "deal will take place today itself at 12 am be ready at the Sage City Mall's basement" I was flooded with questions about what the deal was, if it had anything to do with another illegal smuggling operation, should I inform Kavya about it, etc. I got up, rushed, and began preparing to meet Kavya and explain what I had just learned.

The smell of coffee wafted in the air refreshing me. I didn't get to sleep this morning as I got caught by mendak, and then we went to my den. We talked for a lot of time and he agreed to help me with the mission. Soon, It was time for me to report for my morning shift and we parted.

A tiny squeal beside me broke my trail of thoughts. I looked over to find Sasha squealing and looking behind me. I raised my eyes confused by my friend's excited squeals. I turned to find Ivaan entering the break room. Why is he here? His shift starts at 10. What happened??

A thousand thoughts rushed through my mind. Rashi shook me and with a concerned look on her face asked me if I was fine. I nodded and shook my head turning my back against Ivaan and concentrating on the conversation of my friends.

I entered the break room to find chuhi sitting with her friends. A girl beside her squealed when she saw me. I ignored her and put my hands in my pockets waiting for chuhi to come to me.

Chuhi looked at me for a second and frowned. She quickly turned her back at me. Wait did she just ignore me? Me, Ivaan Malhotra, ignored by this chuhi kahiki. I pulled out my phone from my pocket and quickly sent her a text " Meet me now".

Her phone buzzed on the table and she glanced at it. She shoved her phone in her coat's pocket and switched it off and made her way to the snacks counter. I grabbed a few sugar packets and quickly took the note I scribbled along with the key and placed it in between the sugar packets. I stuffed the sugar packets in her hand before anyone could see us and swiftly walked out of the room.

She came out after a few minutes and we met at the abandoned staircase. I informed her about the findings I got when I hacked Dr Mehta's computer. Her eyes widened in shock and her eyebrows knitted. Soon, she took the rest of the day off and we went back into her den preparing for the big night ahead of us.
