*few days later*

I got a call from Hayes and it sounded like he had been crying.

"Lay can you please come over" his raspy voice filled my ear.

"Yea" I quickly climbed out my window and ran across my backyard climbing over the fence and up to Hayes window.

"What happened" I asked

"She cheated on me,

Then she dumped me,

Am I a bad kisser or something,

Am I a bad boyfriend,

Was he better than me-" I just really wanted to shut him up so I kissed him.

When I pulled away I smirked at him.

"There's one thing for sure Benjamin. Your not a bad kisser" he smiled.

"Now we have that freshman dirt bike thing tomorrow so your not going to be hung up on some slut, your going to get out there and do your-" he kissed me again.

"Sorry but you talk to much" I got up and headed for his bedroom door.

"Where you going"

"Home, but you will be focused tomorrow" I kissed his cheek and walked home.

When I opened the house door I was startled by Kyle.

"What are you smiling about"

"You will never know, maybe one day, but not now" and I skipped up to my bedroom.

I looked out my window and spotted Hayes on his bed in the same position I left him.

He caught my gaze and held up his phone signaling me to check mines.

I read his text

'Your not such a bad kisser either ;) But let's test that boyfriend theory now ;)'

'I don't know Grier, I think I'm better off as a single gal ;)' I replied.

I looked up and saw him pouting, I just stuck my tongue out at him, and went to my bathroom.

Maybe there is something here

His hair

His lips

His muscles

Just him in general, I could go on, but I'll be lasting eternity.

I think I'm falling for Hayes Grier.

"Dan Dan your man" Dan entered my room.

"Sooooo Hayes huh?" he asked smirking.

"Huh?" I asked confused

"You really should not say your thoughts out loud idiot" he said jumping on my bed

"Oh didn't realize but yea he's something" I smiled to myself.

"Well I kinda have a special person in my life too" he smirked

"Who"

"You" he said laughing " just kidding I'm a loner for life" and he got up and walked out my room

Is it weird that when he said you, I took him seriously?
