"Still no sign of her?" Valtryek asks. Xcalius shakes his head.
"No," Kerbeus says unhappily.
"Unfortunately..." Roktavor shrugs worriedly.
"She's been gone since last night! Where could she be!!!" Val yells. He slams a fist on the table, and lets out a breath.
"Easy bro," Roktavor says, giving Valtryek a sideways glance. Doomcisor bursts into the room.
"Guys, I found..." 'her?' Valtryek thinks. "...something. It's white and red dust...I think that Spryzen might have gone to the human world, which means?" Everyone waits for Doomcisor to finish.
"Which means she was in danger! Real bad!" Doomcisor finishes irritatedly when no one answered. "Now let's see if we can follow her."

The hospital door slammed open. Valtryek's angry face softened when he saw her. Spryzen tried getting out of her bed, and Val pushed through the others to catch her.
"Val..." She whispered. "You found me." She finished, hugging him. "I-I'm so sorry, I-I d-didn't stay hidden like y-you told-d m-me t-to," Spryzen says, letting a few tears slip.
"Hey, hey, it's okay Spryzen," he says, taking her hand and squeezing it.
"No it's not okay Valtryek!" she said, shaking her head.
"Valtryek?" everyone said.
"Well, everyone..." Spryzen began smugly, "This is Valtryek, my best friend."
