-Javon's pov-

I slowly started to wake up when I felt the rays of light penetrate through the curtain onto me. The rays warmed and made the eyes want to open. But just then I realized that I have a match today.

Finally.

I have to check what time it is. But when I tried to sit up and reach for my phone bro I was pushed down again by something.

I look down and there on my bare chest is my lovely girlfriend y/n sleeping. I smile at the sight I just got of her and lay down some more. I start fiddling with her hair until I notice she starts to move a little.

"Good morning baby" I say and continue fiddling with her hair but then she pushes her face more into my chest

"Baby?"

"mm" she answers quietly

" We have to get up, I have a match today" I say and kiss her on the forehead

"Nooo, we can't stay here," she replies quietly and hugs me tightly

"Would love to but I have to get up, I have a match" I said and reached for my phone. I grabbed it but Y/n clung to me. I laughed a little and picked up my phone and saw that it was 8:42am.
The match started around 1pm so we had plenty of time. It took like an hour to get there, so it's no problem.

"Baby we can stay here until 9am then I need to get up and start getting ready" I said and put my arms around y/n again and kissed her cheek. She smiled and hugged me.

It was 9am and I needed to get up to shower and eat a solid breakfast. We were leaving around 11am so we had plenty of time.
Finally after having to pull away from y/n I got up and went into the shower.

After I showered, I went back to my room to put on some clothes. I walked into a towel wrapped around my waist and Y/n was still lying on the bed. I put on clothes. A pair of shorts and a hoodie. Y/n was laying there checking her phone and I went to get perfume and deodorant.

I then went downstairs, y/n was going to shower and I needed to talk to my dad about the game.

-Time jump-

Now me, Y/n, my dad and Jaden are in the car on the way to my match. I'm not going to lie I'm nervous. I'm always a little nervous before my matches.

"Are you okay baby?" My girlfriend asked and looked at me with a slightly worried expression on her face.

"Ehh Yeah I'm just a little nervous"

"It's okay to be nervous" she said smiling at me and I smiled back before my dad interrupted us

"Well, I don't know how you feel, but I'm going crazy about starbucks" he said and looked at the three teenagers in the car. We ended up stopping at starbucks and then continued our drive.
My dad drove the car, Jade sat in the passenger seat and controlled the music while Y/n and I sat in the back seat.

-Time jump-

Soon it will be time for my match. Jaden and Y/n went off to buy something to eat and drink while me and dad started warming up.

Well I'm not the jealous person and I love that Jaden and Y/n are such good friends and all that. But I won't lie I get a little jealous when Jaden and Y/n are like very close or if they go away alone together. But I know neither Jaden or Y/n would do that to me. So I don't worry too much. But I guess it's the protective boyfriend instinct kicking in.
