Deductive skills - He was able to figure out Batman identity by filtering him out of Gotham's population by factoring for his gender, his approximate age, his body-type, those with the wealth and resources for Batman's technology, and ultimately the event that would motivate someone to become Batman.
Process information - His programming enables him to process information on greater level than any human or computer.
Hacking - Skilled in Hacking due to high intelligence. His robotic nature also allows him to hack into virtually any computer or machine he encounters with ease.
Abilities acquired from Villain consciousness - He has shown to perform acrobatic feats like the Joker, agile gymnastic routines like Catwoman, as well as martial arts like Penguin, making him a formidable hand-to-hand combatant. D.A.V.E. is also as intelligent as the Riddler and Hugo Strange, giving him great analytical and even psychological skills.
Enhanced strength - his robotic body is cybernetically enhanced making him stronger than he seems.
Enhanced speed/reflexes - his body robotic as it is, is not just durable and sturdy but also lightweight, fast and nimble.
Sense of Reform - One of the collective consciousness that He has is of Ethah Bennett's Clayface giving him his newfound resolve to reform and to change himself.
