Thousands of toys were scattered everywhere as the two weaved their way to a ball pit where there appeared to be an entrance to a rather calm area, the sun seemed to wait outside of it as most of the kids had followed they seemed grumpy and tired as one tried to lie in the ball pit but fumbled into it instead as they struggled

' ' Well new freind! You can help moon with getting the kids to bed!' ' the sun happily danced about as you stared at him 'who's moon?' You curiously tilted your head as some children cling to your leg yawning

' 'oh- he's my best friend! Not to disappoint you-' ' he nervously chuckled hoping he didn't upset you as you just shrugged 'so uh- where is this moon guy?' You picked up a kid as they leaned their head in your shoulder sucking their thumb comfortingly. ' ' follow me my freind and you will see!' ' he joyfully bounced towards the cave entrance as inside it was stuffed with cuddly toys, tents, blankets and so much more comforting things as you stared in awe- if only you could have a bedroom like this. The room was pretty dark except the small light projector that mades it look like stars were moving on the ceiling

As you studied the well decorated room rather loud metal clanking was heard as you spun around to check on your so said 'freind' only to be greeted to a more lanky- freaky animatronic as you froze ' ' my my... so this is the girl sun was talking about- why hello my dear I am moondrop- or well just say moon ' ' it looked as if the grin on his face grew, his raspy voice did sound soothing (maybe hot- uh what?). you waved slightly 'oh- uh yes- hello my name is y/n' the poor little employee stood there looking up at him as he looked a bit careless. ''well then let's get these kids to bed shall we?'' Half of the kids had found a place to settle as some were huddled together fast asleep exept those who seemed to be restless as they huddled around the moon, he grabbed a book as he was about to read- it looked as if he was thinking to himself or someone else? Before he sighed '' fine uh- Darl- Y/N would you like to read the book?'' His head turned to glance at you as you basically had stars in your eyes 'I'd love to!' You shout-whispered as you took place on the beanbag grabbing the book as you began 'Once upon a time. . .'

Sun/moon pov:
As moon was about to read a high pitched voice yelled at him in his head
Sun:' ' no! No! Let Y/N read it would be uhh- a good way to make her comfortable!' '
A sigh came from moon as he closed the book ' 'fine we can take turns- your never this obsessed with someone you've been thinking and talking about them non stop- wait... sundrop?' '
There was no reply as he grinned
' ' ah- young love' ' he teased to him as the sun began to freak out at him as moon handed the book to y/n

As they read they just both seemed to admire her as the kids around her began to gradually fall asleep

1st person???:
'The end' you sighed as the book was quietly closed, they were staring the whole time- gosh it was embarrassing, you held your rosy cheeks as you stood up and walked out of the area soon to be followed by a certain robot
