Skylar's Point of View:
Today we get to rehearse for an upcoming competition for B-troupe.
Ever since our parents divorce Cierra has been the one in charge since our mom is always working.
Cierra has been working a lot and we barely hang out anymore so I wish I had a way to have my sister back.
End of Skylar's point of view.
No one's point of view
Cierra was in the kitchen making her and Skylar breakfast while Skylar got ready.
Skylar comes downstairs.
Cierra: Hey Sky, I'm making a smoothie if your hungry.
Skylar: ok.
Cierra: Are u ready for your competition??
Skylar: Not really i mean I'm really nervous
Cierra: It's ok to be nervous I was nervous when I had my first competitions with atroupe but at least we will be at the same competition since I will be competing with atroupe.
Skylar: I know but it doesn't help my anxiety.
Cierra: I know you do have anxiety about certain things, do you want to stand at the edge of the curtain when your group preforms??
Skylar *starts tearing up*: I just don't wanna do it.
Cierra: Why don't you wanna do it??
Skylar *crying*: what if I mess up and ruin our group dance.
Cierra felt bad because she had no idea how much this dance was affecting Skylar's anxiety.
Cierra: Sky its going to be okay you just have to trust me.
Skylar: Okay.
Competition:
They pull up to the competition and find ms Kate and A-troupe and B-troupe.
Cierra goes over to Ms Kate.
Cierra: Ms Kate??
Ms Kate was talking to Michelle.
Ms Kate: One second Cierra.
Once Ms Kate and Michelle were done talking.
Ms Kate: Yes Cierra.
Cierra: So we are having a bit of anxiety today.
Ms Kate: O-
Michelle comes rushing in.
Michelle: Ms Kate Skylar is getting really upset with Riley.
Ms Kate: How??
Michelle: she is getting really mad at her and won't calm down and she has a plastic knife.
Cierra: This how her anxiety is when she doesn't take her medicine.
Ms Kate: Do you have that medicine with you??
Cierra: Yeah.
Ms Kate: Go see if you can calm her down.
Michelle leads Cierra where Skylar is.
Cierra puts her hands out in front of her.
Cierra: Okay I need everyone to back away slowly.
Everyone backs away.
Cierra: Skylar give me the knife.
Skylar gave Cierra the knife.
Cierra: Good girl now if you wanna take your medicine you have to come with me so we can eat food. Are you hungry??
Skylar *bad mood little kid*: Yes.
Cierra: okay grab my hand and we can go get something to eat from your snack bag and take your medicine and play with some fidget toys until you calm down.
Cierra puts her hand out and Skylar grabbed it.
Cierra: I will calm her down and bring her back here.
Ms Kate: Take your time.
In a quiet rehearsal room:
Cierra pulls out the snack bag and pulls out 2 snacks.
Cierra: okay do you want goldfish or fruit snacks??
She points to the goldfish.
Cierra puts the fruit snacks back in the snack bag.
About 5 minutes later.
Cierra do you feel better??
Skylar: Yes.
Cierra: Do you wanna go find Ms Kate??
Skylar nods
They go and find Ms Kate.
Ms Kate: Did we calm down??
Cierra: Yeah now we are going to find Riley to apologize.
They find Riley.
Cierra: Skylar I think there is something you want to say to Riley.
Skylar: I'm sorry Riley.
Riley: It's okay.
