The Alpha stepped out from the cabin, wrapping me in a  warm coat. He had me get dressed in traveling clothes. I wanted to cry, but I had no more tears. I was walking into the woods where I had played as a child. I  smiled at the Alpha, who seemed he want to kill everyone right now. Then with a determination, I did not know I had, I neared the pack border. Once I crossed it, I was rogue or human since I did not shift though I still feel I have a wolf.

At the border, the Alpha kissed my forehead and kissed me. Then said...

Alpha Zack p.o.v..................

"I, Alpha Zack remove you, Jaslin Star, as a Member of my pack because you have no wolf. The Moon Goddess decrees that a ware without a wolf must be banished from the pack.

If you are granted a wolf and shift within a year of this date, you may petition to return, and I will grant it until then, you must leave."

I felt my heart break again as I staggered back. I had only had to remove a few wolves from my pack, and they had created great crimes. She had done nothing and yet was being punished. She looked at me, and   I saw the pain as the connection of the pack left her. It is one thing to say the words but a total difference to feel them. She looks totally broken as I watch her and as she whispers," I love you for the sake of the pack I go"...

She picks up her bag and begins to run, severing the pack's boundary. I hear her scream out in pain and know she is trying to find the boundary, but she could not without a wolf and being 18. It was a witch's protection spell on the pack from rogues.

I Howl out in pain louder than I had ever howled. Knowing the pack would hear and come running to see what was going on, I did not care; the child I had raised from a pup had just been kicked out of my pack.

My son, the future Alpha, came, followed by the future Bata, both on full alert to see why I had howled the howl of the dead.

"What's Wrong, Father? What has happened?" my son asks.

"She is gone, Jaslin is gone, never to return tonight. I am dead inside. " I collapse to the ground, hitting my head on a rock, and the world goes black as my son screams for a doctor, confusion written all over his face.
