Furynx Club: The Secret of the Lost Kingdom

CHAPTER 1: DRESS FIT FOR A PRINCESS

In Liferra College for Fairies, classes are over. And finally, after a year full of adventures, dangers, and spells, summer break is here. For Flare and her friends of the Furynx Club, it's time for them to say good-bye.

A pleasant morning shines over Liferra College. It all started in the school's dormitory as the Furynx and their pixies started packing for their summer break. Solana is in her room having struggling issues of separating her fashionable skirts and dresses in her two suitcases. One suitcase is for her occasions with her father, Coronius. And her other suitcase is for her time with her mother, Celeste. The reason why she separated them in two bags is that they were too much clothes in one bag, and also Solana's parents were in a middle of a divorce. Blossom, Solana's bonded pixie, helped her pack her clothes in her suitcases as Solana spouts. "I'll take this dress to Mom's, and this dress to Dad's. No wait! I meant the blue top is for Mom's picnic. Oh, but then, the red dress is for Dad's parade." "The red dress is really pretty, Solana." Blossom replies. "True, I should probably wear that for Mom's tea party too. Do you know how to clone a dress?" Solana asked. "Nope, sorry." Blossom answers. "Solana, stop worrying and just split your clothes into half, and then wear whatever's with you." Melody suggests. "Wear whatever? Melody, have you lost your mind?" Solana said in an overreacting tone as Melody eye-rolls.

Meanwhile in Azalea and Flare's room, Azalea divides her magical potions in one of her bags and her pixie, Echo, helped her out. "The aero-magic potions go into the big bag, and the floral potions go into the small one." Azalea instructs herself. "Ooooh righty, no problem, Azalea." Echo said. Flare on the other hand, is having boyfriend problems right now. She let out a stressed sigh and said. "I just said good-bye to Leo and..." Flare stopped as the flower fairy started speaking. "A vacation will go by really fast, Flare." "I know it won't be that long, but we just had an argument and I don't want to leave things like that. Maybe I should call him." Flare said in a worried expression.

Meanwhile in Zippy's room, Zippy and her pixie, Chiara, were doing some mental and logical calculations on her magic calculator in order for them to simply separating their 'exact' number of clothes to place in two of her bags. "22.4% in this suitcase and 78.6% in the other." Zippy stated her calculations. "Magi-send!" Zippy casted a spell to separate and pack her clothes in two suitcases according to her calculations. Suitcases were closed shut as her closed were placed inside. "Two perfectly packed suitcases." Chiara celebrated. "Technology does it again! Come on, let's go." Zippy said as she carried her suitcases and walked out of her room.

The Furynx girls carried their suitcases all the way to the school's lobby area. "Hey, Melody and I can give you a hand with all of your stuff, Flare." Misty said as she and Flare helped Azalea in carrying her magic plants. "No need. Check this out. Luggage, follow me!" Flare and Misty placed down Azalea's plants and she snapped her claws and used magic to send all of her luggage to Flare. The window opened and her luggage came flying out in the open with her pet, Heriss, and her pixie, Bella, riding on them. "So what are you and Melody gonna do for the summer break?" Solana asks Misty. "Well today, we're heading to the beach for a swim." Misty replies. "It's a perfect day for it!" Melody added. "Woah! Watch out!" Flare ran towards her luggage as her pet hedgehog fell down from his ride. Bella rushed down and saved Heriss from falling. Flare's magic stopped as her luggage started falling. "No worries, I got it!" Misty ran straight to catch her bags. Zippy exited the school's halls as she stopped in front of Misty running. Misty made a huge leap from the ground and did a double backflip as she caught one of Flare's suitcases. "One! Two!" Misty landed on the ground and caught the third suitcase. "And three!"

Bella lost her balance and dropped Heriss due to his size compared to a small pixie. Heriss and Bella both landed on Misty's face which made her lost her balance as well. She fell down and bumped into Solana. Then, clothes from Flare and Solana's bags scattered everywhere. Misty laughed awkwardly from that accident. "Oh no! It took me forever to split my clothes between my Mom bag and my Dad bag!" Solana whines. Everybody laughed at Solana's ranting. "Chill out, Solana. We'll help you repack." Flare spoke.
