Chapter 2: Episode 12

Jordan's POV

Back there I really wanted to say she was hot, but, I knew she would get mad at me. I don't know why the things I do.

Trevor's POV

I walked over to Vic, who was in the kitchen talking to my dad.
"Hey Vic. Who's the girl?" I asked.
"My daughter. Duh. Her name is Sydney Nicole Fuentes."
"Okay. I just want to make sure, I didn't think you had a wife, or kid."
"Well, actually. I have a daughter, and ex-wife, that I walked out on."
"Well, I need to go apologize to here, she went to the third floor. I don't know why though, only dad's room is up there."
"Well, she's your dads neighbor. She's the room right to his."
"Okay I'll be back, I need to go apologize."
"See ya."
I walked up the stairs and another person knocked on the door.
"Come in!" Tyler yelled.
I just kept walking up the stairs, I got to the third floor.
I knocked on her door and she told me to come in.
"Hey, I'm sor-"
"No, I'm sorry, I should've explained myself. I just... I just have problems with people."
"It's fine. Can I say some-" She got up and hugged me. I hugged her back.
"Baby! The hell are you doing!?" My girlfriend yelled.
"I'm hugging Sydney."
"Fine! You want to break up so you can go out with this non-popular emo fag?! FINE!" She screamed and slammed Sydney's door and left, shaking the picture on the nightstand.
"God, finally. She wouldn't let me break up with her."
"Why?"
"She told me she wanted me to be popular and shit."
"Well, why wouldn't you?"
"Because, I like hanging out with my friends."
"Well, I can relate."
"So, do you have a cutting model?"

Sydney's POV

"Yeah, Kellin. Wrists are for bracelets, not for cutting."
"That's a good one, let me guess. You cut, don't you."
"How do you k-"
"I can see your arms."
"Sure." I said taking my sweatshirt off.
"Damn." He said looking at my cut up bruised arms. "Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why did you do it? There's always a reason why people cut, depressed, lonely, broken hearted."
"Well, at my other school, I-I was bullied. By the most popular girls in school. The ones with the long blonde hair. Skinny."
"Awe. Come here Trevor thinks you need another hug. Oh, I have scar remover if you need it."
"Well, that would be nice. Okay," I replied.
"Ok, I'll go get it. Be right back."
He went out the door and soon Jordan came in, he was adorable. Wait. No. I can't date here. Guy's will just get disappointed.
"Hey. I wanted to tell you something."
"Yeah? Anything." He told me and brought me to my bed.
"Well... I think I-I-I love you." He explained.
My cheeks now red an y heart racing.
"I-I-I don't know what to say. But, I don't want you to get hurt." I explained to him.
"What do you mean? You don't want me up get hurt?"
"I mean, I'm not staying forever. I'm only staying for two years."
"Oh, well, ok." We got off the bed and I opened my door for him. Be looked at me, I looked at him. He leaned in. But I stopped him.
"What are you doing?" I asked with suspicion.
"Nothing. Just giving you a hug."
"Okay." I said and hugged him back. And he left.
"Hey, hey, hey. I'm back with the scar remover."
"Great, so how do I use it?" I asked.
"Well, let's go in the bathroom and I'll show you," He told me and brought me into the large bathroom.
"Wow, haven't been in here for 10 years."
"Now, let me see your arms." He told.
He began to apply the remover to my arms and rubbed with a silky cloth.
"Does this hurt?" He asked me.
"Yeah, no, I don't really know, it feels good, but also hurts."
"I know how to make you feel better."
"How?" I asked.
"Like this." He said leaning in and kissing my lips.
"I already feel better."
"So, I heard what you said to my brother earlier."
"Wait, so your Tyler's brother?" I questioned him.
"Yeah, he was right about you, your beautiful."
"I'M NOT BEAUTIFUL!" I screamed at his taking my arm away from him.
"Yes you are! Stop telling that to yourself."
"No... I'm not beautiful. You need to understand my reasons." I explained.
"Please, but let me explain." He told me. "Your beautiful as fuck. And nothing can change that."
"Okay, I guess I have to except that I'm 'beautiful'."
"Yes, you do have to except this."

Trevor's POV

2 hours later
"Ugh, Vic, your daughters a hassle."
"Why, what did she do?" He asked me.
"I tried to tell her she's beautiful. But she just doesn't understand, but I told her 'you have to except that your beautiful, and nothing can change that.' And now she's not mad anymore."
"Good. So you fixed her 'problem'?" He asked.
"What do you mean?" I asked him not understanding what 'problem' meant.
"Even when she was she wouldn't let me tell her she was beautiful."
"Well, I talked her into believing she's beautiful."
"Good. Well, I have some horrible news that might hurt her." He told me.
"What is the news?" I asked him.
"Well, her mother, Heather, has died, from a killing on her plane before she even got to Asia."
"Well, that's... horrible. I feel so... bad for her. Losing her mom at 17. That must be tough on a kid." The smile slowly melted away from my face.
"Yeah, I heard her funeral is actually here in L.A."
"Well, you might as well go tell her."
"Okay, you'll hear a loud scream, maybe some cries upstairs. Don't be startled when it happens."
"Ok, I hope I'm not to startled." I answered him.
"Wish me luck." He said as he made his way up the 1st flight of stairs.

Vic's POV

"Sydney? Can we talk? I have some news."
"Is it good news or bad news?" She asked me. I could barely answer her question.
"I'd say it's horrible news."
"Okay, what happened."
I sighed and took a deep breath. "Well, it's about your mother. She... she's... dead."
"WHAT!?" She screamed. As tears streamed down her soft face quickly. "HOW!?"
"Well, she was murdered... by someone on her way to Asia. I'm so sorry baby girl."
"I need a hug!" She screamed. I tried to hug her but she wouldn't let me.
"Who do you want to hug?" I asked her.
"I want a hug from him." She trembled.
"Who's 'he'?"
"Trevor." She cried.
"Okay, I'll go get him." I yelled as I got to the second floor. I jumped down the 1st staircase and saw Trevor looking at me shocked.
"Kid, get upstairs. My little girl wants a hug from you."
"Ok." He said running quick as he could not tripping.

Trevor's POV

Why would she want a hug from me? I thought. I'm not even that good looking.
"I heard a Sydney Fuentes needs a hug." I walked over to her a lifted her from the bed and hugged her. She was short to me. I was 6'3 and she was only 5'6.
"Thanks." She said wiping away tears from her cheeks.
"Do you want me to stay up here and watch a movie with you?"
"Sure. What do you want to watch?" She sniffled.
"Anything you want to watch," I told.
She walked over to her TV and changed the video mode to her XBOX. She went to Netflix and put on an Anime.
"So? Isn't this Psycho-Pass?" I asked.
"Yeah, do you watch it?" She asked.
"Yeah, it's one of my favorites. It's a great Anime."
"I know right!" She exclaimed. She came onto the bed with me and laid with me. I put my arm around her and we soon fell asleep on episode 12.
