Sunghoon and Niki had been arch enemies and the whole school knew about it. Whether it was side glances to "accidental" trips they hated each other. No one knew why especially because of their good past.

Flashback

Niki and Sunghoon were out in the elementary school playground as usual hanging out having fun. The bell soon rang and everyone went inside. Someone new walked into the classroom.

"Everyone please welcome our new student Soobin." The teacher announced. "you may go sit next to Sunghoon over there. Sunghoon please raise your hand."

Sunghoon raises his hand and Soobin heads over to the empty desk next to him. Niki nudges Sunghoon's arm.

"Let's makes friends with him. He seems nice." Niki says exciting.

Sunghoon nods happily then goes to start his work.

The lunch bell rings and everyone starts putting their stuff away and getting their lunch.

"Hey Soobin you should come sit with us at lunch!" Sunghoon suggests.

"Really??" Soobin said.

"Of course." Niki said tagging along with them.

Soobin glanced at Niki then started walking next to Sunghoon to his and Niki's usual lunch table.

"I'm gonna make Niki and Sunghoon hate each other and make Sunghoon all mine." Soobin thought

It was their first year in high school Soobin had succeeded in his mission to make Sunghoon his boyfriend and Niki and Sunghoon hate each other. You could say he spilled a few small rumors.

Present Time

Niki was looking though his locker and suddenly it slammed shut. On the other side was Soobin.

"What the fuck do you want. Don't you have a loser boyfriend to attend to." Niki said angrily.

Soobin laughed and said "Well at least my friend didn't ditch me and date a "new guy".

Niki swung his locker back open almost hitting Soobin in the face.

"Hey watch it this face needs to be perfect for my boyfriend." Soobin said shocked and annoyed.

Niki scoffed and walked to his next class.

After class was over Niki went again to his locker to put his stuff back again. Once again his locker slammed shut but this time gently. Behind the door stood Sunghoon.

"Great first the dumb boyfriend now the ditcher."

"Wait Niki please we need to talk."

"I don't want to hear anything you need to say."

"But this is serious!"

Niki sighed and dragged Sunghoon into an empty classroom.

"What do you want and make it quick." Niki said pissed off.

"I know who spread the rumors and it was all a lie."

"Show me proof"

Sunghoon showed him a recording from one of their mutual friends. It was Soobin talking with one of his friends.

"Do you want to know why Niki and Sunghoon hate each other? I spread false rumors about them and made it beliveable." Soobin said, "now I have Sunghoon all to myself and no Niki in my way."

Suddenly Niki sat there in shock. The man he had a crush on in elementary school did not actually say rude things about him. Sunghoon sat there waiting for Niki to say something.

"So are you still together with him?"

"No I broke up with him last class period."

The room was silent. Sunghoon finally had the guts to say something.

"I never hated you from the beginning."

Niki looked up shocked at what he just said.

"I actually had a crush on you but I thought you hated me so I never said anything about it."

They both sat there quiet again. Niki stood up and hugged Sunghoon.

"I liked you too." Niki whispered.

Once again the silence started but this time it felt more comforting.

The next year of high school rolled around and Niki and Sunghoon walked into the school proudly holding hands as they fallen in love again over the summer.
