"Oh my god! Yes! Finally!" yelled Kayden in the background. Kaylee walked out of her room wearing a silver dress. "Well where are you going miss?" asked David. "Im going out." responded Kaylee. "Not without someone older than you." David said. Kaylee sighed and went upstairs to Kayden's room. "C'mon Kayden you have to go with me to the mall." "FINE!" said an angry Kayden.

3:00 PM AT THE MALL

"Daddy's been acting weird." Kaylee thought to herself "Ever since he bought that notebook he has been in his room a lot". Kaylee was looking at the dresses in the clothes section of the mall. "That notebook." She thought again. She ran to Kayden and told him that she wanted to go back. Kayden sighed for a very long time and then they left.

David left his room with the door unlocked and Kaylee jumped at this opportunity. She found the notebook between his pillows. Running out the door she barley missed her fathers sight as she jumped in her room. "Hmm, a uh, Death Note?"
