I head to my next class of the day and I didn't see him. Maybe that was a one time thing. Maybe he wasn't looking over at me I thought.
Well I lost that thought during class because I knew my education mattered more than a stupid guy that was looking at me. I didn't know his name at the time so that made it sort of creepy but whatever.
After class I had met up with Tracy (one of my best friends since the year before) and we were talking about what we were going to do this year for cheer leading (she's also in the varsity cheer leading squad) when Greg appeared again looking at me with his sparkling brown eyes. His face looked a little tanned while he quietly and smoothly bit his lip scanning me from head to toe while walking away.
Tracy quickly tapped my shoulder after he had passed and asked me why he looked at me the way he did.
"I don't know" I had said a little terrified.
Tracy: You know who he is right?
Me: No...
Tracy: He's Greg, a freshmen on the junior varsity team.
Me: Well this isn't the first time he has started at me.
I had told her about the first time he had starred at me while passing by.
Tracy: It's obvious he wants your attention because he likes you.
Me: Why doesn't talk to me like a normal person would?!
Tracy: He's probably shy.
Me: You're probably right I'll talk to him then.
I didn't see him for the rest of the week though. I wasn't so sure why he was being so mysterious...
But I let the idea slip out of my mind.
