Wow seems like a powerful word right?
We say it to alot of people, such as our friends, family, and significant others...
But the real question is what is love?
Many people define it as feeling happy and content when you're around a certain person
Many say it's like having butterflies roaming around in your stomach when you're with a certain person
Many say that you you'd risk your life for the person if you really loved them
Others say love is a bliss and it feels like you're on cloud 9
Others...well other people don't what it is
People always talk about love...but how do you know when you're inlove?
Just because you blush at simple compliment they make..does that mean it's love?
Just because they buy you gifts and treats to show their affection...does that mean is love?
People always say love is a strong word...but why?
If there is no definite definition for it...why is it strong?
Theres so many views on this so called "love" that we can't even create our own view on what love is
I say love is feeling you create
A feeling you decide to show
Love is meant to feel safe
Peaceful
Kind
Warming
Caring
And it doesn't necessarily have to come from your s/o
It come from your neighbor next door
Love is unconditional
Love is powerful
So powerful to the point that it has two sides to it:
Toxic and Non toxic
Why do we as people choose to hold onto people who give us cheap, fake love?
Why not find someone who will value you and cherish you forever?
Instead of drowning in your sorrows about how someone left you,take it as a chance to meet new people and start new beginnings
Love
Is everything and more
