Jungkook Pov
"it's friday. we'll leave work at 5 today. we can get ready and leave at 7." i say.
"okay. ill see you at 5." Y/n says and leaves my office.
taehyung had asked me to go on a double date with him and jennie and i couldn't say no.
i sit on my desk and do my work.
"sir, we have a guest who wants to see you." a person says.
"tell them to make an appointment with me if they wanna talk." i say annoyed.
"um sir, they say they are really important." the person says again.
"i said-" before i could shout at him, yuna walks in.
"babeee its me!" she says.
"ohh yuna. how are you my babyyy?" i say kindly.
"im good. im just bored. anddd i want to ask you something!" she says.
"yess?"
"date. lets go on a date! like a proper fancy cute date. where we both dress up and have dinner and-" before she could finish i had to stop her.
"yuna. come on. you know we can't date publicly, and i'm busy tonight. im sorry babe." i say sadly.
"but jungkook. we haven't had a date in days. please.." she begs.
oh shoot.
i cant say no but i can't cancel on tae.
"tomorrow. okay?" i say.
she sighs and nods her head.
im glad she agreed.
TIME SKIP
7pm.
"y/n! we're gonna be late!" i shout.
"one second please!" she says.
a few minutes later, she finally comes down.
"h-how do i look?" she asks.
i turn around and im shocked.
she's wearing a short sparkly white dress.
"t-too short." i say and look away.
she looked beautiful but there was no way i was telling her that.
"let's go." i say.
we both walk out and get into my car.
"so, where is the restaurant?" she asks.
"its 40 minutes away. so get comfortable." i say and begin driving.
she sighs and rests her head on the window while scrolling through her phone.
Y/n Pov
we are 5 minutes away, finally!
i take a breath before asking jungkook something.
"jungkook. is it ok if... just for tonight... we act like a real couple?" i ask.
he sighs.
"fine."
we both get out of the car and walk towards the fancy restaurant together, holding hands.
this was the first time in a few months that ive held his hands.
they're so soft. and warm.
then he lets go.
"taehyung! so good to see you. you haven't changed one bit." he laughs while hugging him.
