"The folder, I...I found it!"

The room went silent. The continuous tapping on fingers on a table brought everyone down from shock. From there, we get a brief overview on the interior of the room. A large chandelier hung down, illuminating the gray meeting room. A large (wooden/glass) table decorated the center of the room; red roses sat in the center.

Around the table sat many different people — all women. Each wore an expression of surprise to see the girl enter the room without knocking. However, they calmed down when they saw it was their equal. All eyes were focus on the yellow folder in the redhead's hands. The sound of peoples' breath hitching drowned out only by the slow tapping caused by the woman seated at the head of the table.

The woman stood up; chair screeching as she gazed upon the folder. Gulping, the redhead straighten up her poster, chills running down her spine.

"I-I'm sorry for interrupting, boss." She stuttered out, throat drying up.

The woman's lips turned upwards, as her (h/c) hair swished behind her.  A small chuckle left her mouth as she set eyes on her shaking figure.

"Now now Pepper, who do you think I am, a monster?"

Pepper grimaced, remembering the scene she had left before. 20 members of the organization were found to be apart of a group who had stolen information — moles. She had never seen her boss that angry before; nightmares were sure to be roaming in the heads of the new trainees for the organization. The boss had forced them to watch what happened to the moles. Luckily, she left before she saw anything, though the screams had already sunken into her mind.

Relaxing her posture, she gazed upon the woman who was her boss, but mutual respect had her loosen up. After, She wasn't just her boss. She was a colleague, ally, and more importantly, a friend. Her mouth twitched as she formed her answer at last.

"Not a monster Boss...

a nightmare. "
