Hannah walked through the calm streets of Japan, feeling her stress vanish as she walked through the quiet roads.
Unlike everyday, the streets were empty. She was walking home from her college, and when it came to the amount of projects that she took today, don't even mention it. She needed a break.
The day was stressful and tiring enough for her, but just walking through the peaceful streets soothheher.
On her way, she found an unfamiliar cafe. The cafe had faint pastel lights from outside.
Her curiousity won, and she ended up entering the cafe.
Once she entered, her eyes sparkled due to how pretty it was. It was mesmerizing.
The cafe's walls were a mix of pastel brownish-grey and white, fake leaves were hanged from the upper part of the ceiling, that reached halfway the walls.
Faint white lights in the shape of small circles were attached to the leaves making it seem like the leaves were shining like stars.
The chairs seemed very comfortable. They were actually coach-like looking, and their colors matched the aesthetic of the place.
The windows were wide and huge, that did a great job in showing Japan's terraces and gardens.
The place smelt like vanilla, with a hint of caffeine in it. In other words, the place was relaxing and simple, exactly what Hannah was looking for.
And not mention, it was near her house.
The place wasn't crowded with people so it wasn't noisy, and Hannah didn't miss that opportunity. Actually, Hannah was the only one there.
"Welcome to Utopia Cafe, miss"
Hannah snapped back to reality after hearing a voice speak. She looked at the one who spoke, and noticed that he was standing behind the cashier's counter.
The young man looked her age. She would be lying if she said that he wasn't stunning. He was smiling warmly, as a gesture of welcoming her.
She smiled back and waved. "This place looks new, isn't it though? It's the first time I see it," she told him.
"Actually, we just opened a few hours ago, and you're our first customer. So what do you think about the place, miss?" the young man asked.
"Honestly, I'm impressed by how amazing this place looks, even the smell is amazing!" Hannah chuckled, as she waved her hands up and down in a 'This Place Is Just Perfect' way.
The male chuckled a bit at her way of using her hands. He found it quite adorable.
Hannah noticed that he had a name tag.
"Fuma.. Murata Fuma," she read out loud. "Yeah that's my name," he giggled."Honestly.. you're name sounds somehow familiar.. whatever," she shrugged, making the guy, or 'Fuma' chuckle again.
"By the way, the name's Hannah, Suzuki Hannah, so that we know each other's names," she stated while pointing at herself with a smile.
"Well, nice to meet you, Hannah," Fuma beamed. "Nice to meet you too, Fuma," Hannah snickered.
"Oh wait, I almost forgot- Would you like to order anything?" Fuma asked, mentally slapping himself for forgetting what he was supposed to do in his new job.
Hannah laughed quietly, then took a look at the menu.
The menu had a lot of hot drinks, cold drinks and brightly coloured cakes and other pastries.
Hannah didn't know what to choose as they all looked so delicious, but she was thinking of a drink.
"Maybe I'll have..."
.
.
.
."...an oreo milkshake please," Hannah ordered.
Don't question how she had a whole conversation with a person that she never saw, she's ✨s o c i a b l e✨ but also introverted-
I just realized that writing stories eases my stress goodbye-
I should write more often. End. Of. Topic.
Opinions on the prologue? I wrote it when it was 12-1 AM so don't judge and if there are mistakes, I was studying 5 subjects the whole day yesterday so I wasn't really focused ㅠㅠ
