ethans pov

me and mikayla walked through the park and we sat on a bench while it was snowing and mikayla gave me a present and i gave her a confused smile as i grabbed the present and opened it and it was a necklace but it was a tag with mikayla's name on it and i got up 

" mikayla, i told you i dont want another relationship " i said as she got up and put the necklace on me as i stared into her eye's and noticed tony walking over to me so i walked over to him and sighed 

" hey " tony said

" hey, i know i shouldn't be hanging out with mikayla after everything she put me through but she's still my friend " i said as tony's smile clamped up 

" i believe in you but i dont think you know what your doing " tony said as i sighed

" mikayla has been in my life since freshman year " i said

" mikayla is toxic " tony said sternly

" she's a girl you met because of rory and the more you hang out with her the more she'll manipulate you " tony said sternly 

" tony, please don't tell my friends " i said as tony bit his lip

" ethan, i care so much about you that i want you to get help " tony said sternly as i looked at him and turned to mikayla and walked away with tony as i threw mikayla's gift in the trash and went home

in the morning i went to see a therapist and i had been seeing a therapist for awhile and she wanted to know about my relationship with mikayla and my friend's

" i met mikayla freshman year because my friend rory introduced her to me and my friend benny, she skipped school and stole thing's and got my friend drunk and took him to a party, i fell for her when i was worried i wasn't gonna get a girlfriend in high school and i thought she was what i wanted so i slept with her and then we broke up and she dated my friend rory, she broke up with rory and got with my friend benny, i got over her slowly till she wanted to get back together and then we broke up again and then i met jonah and i thought i made a friend in school that actually liked hanging out with us but then i felt different around him but after awhile tony came to school and none of my friend's liked him but i invited him over and we played games and i learned alot about him and jonah slowly started getting jealous of my friendship with tony because we grew close, i helped him through his parent's divorce and anxiety attacks and i helped him get his grades up and he helped me with my relationships and bully's and then i learned jonah was bullying tony so i broke up with him and after i got in a fight with jonah tony helped me and he told me we were like brother's " i said as my therapist nodded 

" okay, im gonna prescribe you some medication " the therapist said as i got up and i left the office and walked to school and tony was sitting in the hallway and i walked over to him and he got up 

" hey " tony said

" hey " i said 

" i noticed your name was on my therapist's desk " i said as tony smiled awkwardly and clamped up

" it's nothing " tony said as i gave him a look

" tony " i said as tony sighed

" i was embarrased to talk about it before " tony said as i gave him a confused look

" what? " i asked tony

" my parent's got a divorce because i got sexually harassed " tony said as tear's built up in his eye's 

" im sorry, tony your my best friend and you can alway's tell me anything...don't let something like sexual harassment change you because your amazing " i said as tony furrowed his brow's and looked like he wanted to cry

" tony, your not alone no matter what you think " i said as tony sighed

" ethan, i didn't know i needed a friend like you " tony said as we both hugged each other

" i love you tony " i said as we continued hugging 

" i love you to " tony said as we pulled away from the hug and we walked to class
