That kiss made both hearts flutter. Jungkook stared at him with round eyes, more than confused. What was the cause of that sudden action??
JK: uhm...
Taehyung finally turned to him and coughed.
Jk: What was that for? I mean... Do.. D-do you.. I..
Tae: Yeah. I have feelings for you. He said calmly knowing that he won't regret it after. He was proud of his love for him. He just didn't have enough courage until then.
Jungkook was speechless. His cheeks flushed. He got more red than a tomatoe.
Taehyung held his hand slowly.
Tae: Do you love me too? He asked. He already knew the answer to this question but he wanted it to come out directly from Jungkook 's mouth.
Jungkook, taken by surprise, began to stutter like a little kid.
JK: I... I.. Well.. I think so..
Tae: what do you mean I think so? Taehyung asked amused. He laughed slightly.
JK: I mean yes. I have.. Feelings for you. Since a long time but. I am a coward and..
Tae: I am happy we finally dared to confess today.
JK: that was... Unexpected.
Taehyung smiled and hugged him. He couldn't but feel huge happiness in his heart. Jungkook might have met him the day before but for him, he saw Jungkook for the last time seven years ago. That was not yesterday and that was hard for him.
Tae: I love you.... He whispered in a low voice.
Jungkook smiled softly and patted his fluffy hair.
JK: I love you more. He respond sincerely with a softness in the voice that could melt anyone's heart.
The bus arrived. They got in and sat at the bottom as usual.
Jk: but.. Why did you.. I mean, why today?
Tae just smiled and leaned his head on Jungkook 's shoulder.
Tae: Because I thought, today was the best day to confess. I don't want to regret after.
JK: I see.
Tae: and you? Why did you keep quiet until now?
Jk: I was scared and I didn't want to risk our precious friendship.
Tae: And now do you feel relieved?
JK: well.. Yeah.
They looked at each other and looked away shyly. People in the bus glanced at them. Some couldn't hold their chuckles. Seeing a young couple like that was always cute.
JK: By the way ,what did your parents say about the party? Did your mom allow you?
Tae: ......
Taehyung 's smile faded immediately.
Tae: I thought about something Jungkook.
JK: what?
Tae: what if we don't attend it. I mean the after. Or even the party at school.
Jungkook was quiet surprised because since months, Taehyung was the one who was insisting the most about it and couldn't wait for that day to come.
JK: you don't want to have fun with the others?
