Nervously waiting for someone to show up,
she stood there patiently with a bunch of sunflowers in her hand... his favorite.... her nervous doe eyes looking around while she was lost in her own head
suddenly the trail of her thoughts is broken someone calls her, her body stiffens at the sound of the voice she'd only been hearing on phone.. slowly turning around she looks at the person ahead her head still a bit low not meeting the eyes yet with a small nervous smile she forwards the flowers to him
"for you... your favorite right?" she speaks softly
a small shy smile appears on his mouth "i- I'm sorry I didn't get anything for you.. but you- why did you get flowers for me isn't that what boys do?"
"I always wanted to give flowers to whoever the special guy would be in my life.. . and it's you" with a small smile she looks up and looks away but still not meeting his eyes
his smile gets even bigger and he shyly nods "thanks- i- " stops in his tracks unable to say anything further due to feeling shy but notices her not looking at him "why aren't you looking at me tho-?" he says with a small pout she tries to deny it saying "no it's nthg like that- maybe I'm just nervous-"
before she can speak any further he cups her face gently making her look at his eyes
she looks at him taking in all of his features which she only saw in photos untill now noticing each and every detail oh his face his smile, curly hair and especially his eyes the doe eyes she always found herself getting lost in even tho it was just in pictures
looking at his eyes the tears she had been holding in from the moment he came fall out trailing down her cheeks one by one
it's the eyes that make her so weak being able to finally lock eyes with his gaze being able to see all those feelings she just read in his texts and heard in his shy voice on call untill now
not being able to see her cry he pulls her into his embrace "why are you crying, you know I don't like to see you cry... I didn't expect you to cry like this when you see me.... I don't look that bad, do I?" he says trying to cheer her up while caressing the back and head of the sobbing girl in his arms
she chuckles lowly while still sobbing and hugging him tightly
she herself not knowing why is she crying
is she crying because she finally got to meet him after being in love with him for so many years over internet or because she just got overwhelmed by the nervousness of how she would react when she sees him
may it be any reason.... she was still the most adorable person for him and now he got to know another thing to adore her
pulling out of the hug he kisses her forehead and wipes her tears "how many times have I told you you look better while smiling not crying" she smiles a bit hearing that "a little more" hearing that she chuckles and smiles even more "we should go sit there" she says while looking around "alright" and the walk towards the rocks beside the shore of the sea the beach looked beautiful and the sky being clear made it even more pretty they sat there in a comfortable calmness occasionally talking about random things with her head laying on his shoulder and his arm around the small of her back watching the waves of the sea ahead of them
and that's how they met for the first time after being so in love with each other for such a long time
like other long distance or online couples getting caught up in misunderstandings and doubts and getting thier relationship broken after
they didn't let those things harm thier love they were both always patient for each other and trusted each other and more than any of that they loved each other so much to let any misunderstanding ruin it for them.........
