Note: I AM SO GOD DAMN EXITED FOR THIS CHAPTER I LOVE COREY SM AAH p.s. this is a time skip about a month later cause I feel like it.

Your feelings for Colby grew over the past month. You could tell that he felt the same way. You just didn't know how to tell him. You and Jake have made 4 other youtube videos, he's trying to teach you how to edit videos since you suck at it. You've been slowly getting better, you haven't told Jake but you've been meeting up with Colby for extra help. One day Sam messages a group chat with you, Jake, and Colby in it. He announced a party. You and Colby were together working on editing at the time. You both got on your phones.

Sam: PARTY TONIGHT GUYS :D

Colby💜: Dude, we're in the room next to you-

Favorite person: Then this announcement is for me smh 

Favorite person: Wait why are you two in a room together??

You heard Colby chuckle on his phone next to you. You look at the messages and giggle as well. "Should we tell him how bad his teaching is?" you ask jokingly. 

"Nahh" Colby smiles, looking up at you. "I uhm, actually have a question I've been wanting to ask you..." He looks a bit nervous. 

"Sure, what's up?" You looked up at him. You had a feeling you knew what he was gonna ask. He saw his name in your messages, you kept the heart that he gave himself in your contacts. 

He cleared his throat, "Would you like to be my date to Sam's party?" your eyes lit up, and you smiled, feeling your cheeks redden.

"Wait for real?" you asked excitedly, looking around for cameras in case it was a prank, you looked back at him and he nodded. "Yeah! I would love to!" 

"Yayy! Let's go!" He yells, Sam definitely heard that. Both of your phones ding from a message.

Favorite person: Y'all better not be doing what I think your doing🤨

You: Lol we're not Jake

Sam: Nah bro dw I don't hear any moaning

Colby💜: That doesn't mean we're not doing anything

You look over at Colby giggling, He loudly claps his hands for Sam to hear. "Oh my gosh, Colby." You facepalm shaking your head. 

Sam: Damn Colby is going pretty fast

Favorite person: Nah uh I'm coming over there rn

You and Colby laugh again, and he stops clapping.

Later that evening, the party started. Colby went to your apartment so you and he could show up together, he told you he wanted to introduce you to everyone, but Corey and Elton especially. You got dressed (top)

You guys walk into the party, it's not too big of a group, but still, Sam is the only one in that crowd that you know. Out of nerves, you subconsciously grab Colby's hand. He pulls you closer, wrapping his arm around your waist. "C'mon, let's go see Corey." He smiles as he walks over to a wide-eyed dude with a man bun. "Hey, Corey!!" he shouts, smiling. 

Corey walks up to you two. "What's up, man?" He gives Colby a fist bump before looking at you. "Ooooo who's this Colby?" you blush slightly. 

"Hi, I'm Teagan nice to meet you." You smile and wave. 

"Cool, I'm Corey." He dabs you up. Colby chuckles a bit, looking down at you. "Oh, Colby I actually had this really cool idea, what if..." Corey went on about some cool idea talking to Colby, you zoned out, just thinking. You snapped out of your trance as Colby called out to you. 

"Hey? Teagan? You listening?" You look up at him, he looked slightly concerned...how cute.

"Sorry, I just kinda zoned out. What were you saying?" you see him grin.

"It's alright, it happens sometimes. I was just asking if you wanna meet Sam's girlfriend, Kat." He asked.

"Yeah sure, I didn't even know Sam had a girlfriend." You smile, walking over to a pretty girl that was with Sam.

"Hey Kat, this is Teagan." the girl turned around. 

"Hey!! Nice to meet you Teagan. I love your outfit." You grinned at her compliment. 

"Thanks, I like your hair." She thanked you before turning back to Sam, and there was Jake too. He smiled and waved to you looking like an idiot. He was definitely drunk. You checked the time, it was only 10:30. You looked up at Colby as you felt your eyelids getting heavier. "Hey I'm really tired, could we go chill in your room?" you asked him and he nodded. You sleepily went into his bedroom and lay in his bed. 

"I'll check up on you every hour or so alright?" he smiled and looked at your tired face. You slightly nodded, soon drifting to sleep in his bed.
